★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben vor ca. einem Jahr hier einen gebrauchten Skoda gekauft. Die Beratung bis hin zum Vertragsabschluss waren sehr gut. Versicherung bis Anmeldung des PKW war alles mit dabei. Auch die Mitarbeiter sind fachlich top und sehr freundlich. Eine Inspektion sowie Reifenwechsel professionell, schnell und günstig durchgeführt. Fazit: Suchst man ein gutes Autohaus mit Werkstatt wird man in und um Kufstein gewiss einige finden. Suchst du ein sehr gutes Autohaus kommst man an Mairhofer Kufstein nicht vorbei. Einfach vorbeischauen und selber ein Bild machen.
 We bought here about a year ago a used Skoda. The advice to the conclusion of the contract were very good. Insurance until registration of the car was all there. The staff are technically great and very friendly. An inspection and tire change performed professionally, quickly and cheaply. Conclusion: If you are looking for a good car dealership with a workshop you will certainly find some in and around Kufstein. Are you looking for a very good car dealership you can not get past Mairhofer Kufstein. Just stop by and take a picture yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man sollte mit einem Motorrad nicht mehr zur Pickerlüberprüfung dort vorfahren, zumal anfällige Arbeiten außer Bremsflüssigkeit nicht mehr ausgeführt werden. Musste in der Motorradfachwerkstatt dann hören, dass die Beanstandungen in dieser Form nicht nötig gewesen wären, was leider finanziell erheblichen Mehraufwand um den Prüfer zufrieden zu stellen zur Folge hatte. Für mich jedenfalls erledigt.
One should no longer drive up there with a motorcycle to check the speck, especially since sensitive work apart from brake fluid is no longer carried out. Had to hear in the motorcycle workshop that the complaints in this form would not have been necessary, which unfortunately resulted in considerable additional financial expense to satisfy the inspector. At least done for me.

Hier wird man als Kunde noch offen, kompetent, ehrlich, freundlich und professionell beraten und betreut - egal ob Autokauf oder Service/Reparaturen aller Art und Größenordnung. Meine Erfahrung: selbst als Nicht-Kunde wurde ich beim 1. Besuch (und das kurz vor Dienstschluss) sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, äußerst kundenorientiert und wertschätzend behandelt und es wurde alles in Bewegung gesetzt um mein KFZ-Problem schnell, unkompliziert, günstig und so angenehm wie möglich für mich zu regeln. Und das zu absolut mehr als fairem Preis! War beeindruckt, diese „Wertschätzung“ und „Kundenorientierung“ ist in der heutigen Zeit absolut keine Selbstverständlichkeit mehr. Mittlerweile bin ich schon seit Jahren Kunde und mein erster Eindruck wird von Jahr zu Jahr bestärkt. Jedes einzelne mal standen mir alle Mitarbeiter (egal ob Lehrling, proff. Mechaniker, Büro oder Chef zur Seite wenn ich ein Problem hatte). Ich schätze den guten Service, den freundlichen Umgang, die Mühe und den Einsatz der Mitarbeiter (den sie im Hintergrund aufwenden um mich zufrieden zu stellen) und die Fairness sehr. Dies sage ich auch gern persönlich. Doch möchte dem Team des Autoforum Mairhofer nach all den Jahren auch mal auf „offiziellen“ Wege ein riesengroßes Dankeschön für all eure Arbeit und eure Mühe sagen. Ihr habt’s verdient :)

As a customer, you are still given open, competent, honest, friendly and professional advice and support - regardless of whether you are buying a car or servicing / repairs of all types and dimensions. My experience: even as a non-customer, I was treated very friendly, helpful, extremely customer-oriented and appreciative on the first visit (and shortly before the end of work) and everything was set in motion to address my car problem quickly, easily, cheaply and so on pleasant as possible for me to settle. And at absolutely more than a fair price! Was impressed, this "appreciation" and "customer orientation" is absolutely no longer a matter of course these days. I've been a customer for years now and my first impression is reinforced year by year. Every single time, all employees (no matter if apprentice, professional mechanic, office or boss were at my side when I had a problem). I really appreciate the good service, the friendly handling, the effort and dedication of the staff (which they put in in the background to satisfy me) and the fairness. I also like to say this personally. But after all these years, I would like to say a huge thank you to the team of the Mairhofer Auto Forum in an “official” way for all your work and effort. You deserve it :)
