Freundlich, bemüht und das Beste daran, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältniss ist unschlagbar. Habe vor kurzem hässliche Kratzer an der Stoßstange ausbessern lassen und bin einfach nur begeistert von der Arbeit die dort geleistet wurde.

Ich bringe meinen Civic nun seit mehr als 3 Jahren immer zum Service zur Markenwerkstatt. Innerhalb dieser Zeit wurde kein einziger Service ohne nachträgliche Rechnungskorrektur erledigt. Immer wurde mehr gemacht als vereinbart war.
Doch heute haben die Herren der Auto-Service GmbH den Vogel komplett abgeschossen. Ich brachte mein Auto zum Öl-Wechsel nach Wartungsplan zu Ihnen. Am Ende wurde OHNE mein EINVERSTÄNDNIS ein großer Service (weitaus mehr als Ölwechsel!) gemacht! Anscheinend hätte das Auto sowieso in 5 Tagen diesen Service gebraucht. (Was ich nicht glaube da dieser laut Honda garnicht fällig wäre..) Dann frage ich mir nur, wieso man nicht Anruft und das mit dem Kunden abklärt ob es okay wäre diesen Service auch gleich mitzumachen? Zur Krönung wurden dann auch noch meine selbst erneuerten Scheibenwischer und das vor dem Service nachgefüllte Frostschutzwasser ausgetauscht. Nach meiner Beschwerde wurden anscheinend meine "alten" Scheibenwischer wieder montiert, nur komisch das diese jetzt nicht mehr richtig Wischen und Streifen hinterlassen! Das war vor dem Service definitiv nicht so!
Und wenn sich der Mitarbeiter schon fragt, wieso alle sich so aufregen, wieso man die Scheibenwischer für Sie wechselt, würde ich mal vorschlagen den Kunden zu Fragen ob er das überhaupt möchte?
Ab sofort werde ich meine Autos nur noch bei der freien Werkstätte bei mir im Ort warten lassen, da diese um mindestens die Hälfte billiger sind und mir auch noch einen kostenlosen Leihwagen dazugeben! Und das beste ist: Man behält die Garantie! Siehe GVO 461! Die Hersteller dürfen einen nicht dazu zwingen in die Markenwerkstatt zu gehen!
Lassts euch nicht über den Tisch ziehen!

For more than 3 years now, I have always been bringing my Civic to the brand workshop for service. During this time, not a single service was carried out without a subsequent invoice correction. More was always done than agreed.
But today the gentlemen of Auto-Service GmbH completely shot the bird. I brought my car to you for an oil change according to the maintenance schedule. In the end, WITHOUT my CONSENT, a great service (far more than an oil change!) Was done! Apparently the car would have needed this service in 5 days anyway. (Which I don’t think, because according to Honda this wouldn’t be due ..) Then I’m just wondering why you don’t call and clarify with the customer whether it would be okay to take part in this service? To top it off, my self-renewed windscreen wipers and the anti-freeze water that had been refilled before the service were replaced. After my complaint my "old" windshield wipers were apparently reassembled, just strange that they no longer wipe properly and leave streaks! That was definitely not the case before the service!
And if the employee is already wondering why everyone is so upset, why the windshield wipers are changed for you, I would suggest that the customer ask if he would even like that?
From now on I will only have my cars serviced at the independent workshop in my town, as they are at least half the price and I also give me a free rental car! And the best thing is: you keep the guarantee! See GVO 461! The manufacturers must not force you to go to the brand workshop!
Don't let yourself be ripped off!
