Meine Eltern und meine Schwester saßen in dem Auto, das auf der Autobahn in Januar vorsätzlich auf der ganz linken Spur geschliffen wurde. Unser Auto wurde an der rechten Seite getroffen. Mein Vater hat rechtzeitig gebremst, sodass es nicht zu einem größeren Unfall gekommen ist. Ich bin unfassbar über die Polizisten der Autobahnpolizeiinspektion Amstetten verärgert und enttäuscht, denn nicht nur, dass Ihr einen Straftäter im Straßenverkehr für den schlimmen Vorsatz laufen lässt aber die zuständigen Polizisten wissen wohl ihren Job nicht zu können, was den Unfallbericht betrifft. Die Polizisten, die den Unfall aufgenommen haben, haben definitiv den Beruf verfehlt und gehören in meinen Augen gekündigt. Wäre ich dabei gewesen, hätte ich dafür jeden Stein in Bewegung gesetzt. Fast hätte ich meine Familie verloren und die Polizei war auch noch unfähig, eine Anzeige aufzunehmen. Unfassbar, dass sowas bei der Polizei durchgeht. Die Spuren von dem Autounfall spricht eigentlich für sich, aber hier noch zur Info: Wer hat Schuld, wenn es bei einem Spurwechsel zum Unfall kommt? Kommt es beim Spurwechsel zum Unfall, ist dieser in aller Regel dem Verkehrsteilnehmer anzulasten, der die Spur gewechselt hat. & zu aller letzt noch eine letzte Anmerkung: Seit wann darf man auf der Autobahn mit einem Anhänger mit 120 km/h fahren? Ist wohl auch keine Ordnungswidrigkeit in Österreich... Keine Worte..

My parents and sister were in the car that was deliberately dragged in the far left lane on the freeway in January. Our car was hit on the right side. My father braked in time so that there was no major accident. I am incredibly angry and disappointed with the police officers of the Amstetten motorway police inspection, because not only do you let a criminal in traffic go for the bad intention, but the responsible police officers probably know that they can't do their job when it comes to the accident report. The police officers who recorded the accident definitely failed their job and should be fired in my opinion. If I had been there, I would have set every stone in motion. I almost lost my family and the police were still unable to take a report. It's unbelievable that the police would let this happen. The traces of the car accident actually speaks for itself, but here is some information: Who is to blame if an accident occurs while changing lanes? If an accident occurs when changing lanes, it is usually the responsibility of the road user who changed lanes. And finally one last note: Since when can you drive with a trailer at 120 km/h on the Autobahn? It's probably not an administrative offense in Austria either... No words..
