J	Jens Hunger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir wollten uns heute ein Auto bei der Firma Rau anschauen und ich kann leider die guten Bewertungen nicht verstehen.Gleich zu anfangs wurde uns gesagt ,dass man schon genau wissen müsste ,was für ein Auto man kaufen möchte, nur dann kann man damit auch mal eine Probefahrt machen .Ein anderes Modell zum Vergleich mal zu fahren wäre nicht möglich,nur wenn man genau weiß, dass man eines der Beiden auch kauft. Der Verkäufer war extrem unfreundlich und wir hatten das Gefühl nicht willkommen zu sein. Für uns hat sich die Firma Auto Rau jedenfalls erledigt .Gut, dass es noch andere nette freundliche Autohäuser gibt, wo man ebenfalls einen Wagen zum guten Preis kaufen kann. Right at the beginning we were told that you had to know exactly what kind of car you wanted to buy, only then you can use it Take a test drive. Driving another model for comparison would not be possible, only if you know exactly that you will buy one of the two. The seller was extremely rude and we didn't feel welcome. In any case, the Auto Rau company has done its job for us. It's good that there are other nice and friendly car dealerships where you can also buy a car at a good price.

Nach kurzer Bedarfsanalyse wurde eine andere Marke und eine andere Serie als ursprünglich angedacht empfohlen. Es gab gleich eine Probefahrt, welche überzeugte, weshalb wir den Wagen gleich kauften. Die noch bestellte Anhängekupplung wurde auch prompt nachträglich eingebaut. Nach einigen Wochen Probezeit mit dem Fahrzeug kann ich das Autohaus wirklich nur empfehlen! Came to the Rau dealership with my partner and a rough idea of the car they wanted. After a brief needs analysis, a different brand and series was recommended than originally intended. There was a test drive straight away, which was convincing, which is why we bought the car straight away. The trailer hitch that was still ordered was also promptly retrofitted. After a few weeks of trial period with the vehicle, I can really only recommend the dealership!

Auch über das Telefon wurde der Zustand sehr gut beschrieben. Auto wurde in einem sauberem und ordentlichen Zustand übergeben. Sehr freundliche und sympathische Abwicklung! Die Fahrt von Vorarlberg nach Kärnten hat sich gelohnt! Bought the car without having viewed it beforehand. That was possible because of the honest photos sent by the dealer. The condition was also described very well over the phone. The car was handed over in a clean and tidy condition. Very friendly and personable handling! The drive from Vorarlberg to Carinthia was worth it!

Vom ersten Beratungsgespräch bis hin zum Abschluss des Kaufvertrages wurde man rundum kompetent und vor allem ehrlich (!) beraten.
