O	Oamoasn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Autoverkäufer wie er im Buche steht: Geht es einmal nicht um den Profit des Autohauses, fehlt es an Zuverlässigkeit, freundlicher Kundenbetreuung und Entgegenkommen eines langjährigen Kunden. Sogar das Grüßen scheint nicht selbstverständlich zu sein. Sehr enttäuschend. Car salesman as he says in the book: If it is not about the profit of the dealership, there is a lack of reliability, friendly customer service and the accommodating of a long-term customer. Even greeting doesn't seem to be taken for granted. Very disappointing.
F	Ferdinand Wimmer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechteste Kundenbetreuung die ich in einem Autohaus je kennengelernt habe! Diese zeigt sich indem vereinbarte Rückrufe nicht durchgeführt werden, man muss immer hinterher telefonieren, um etwas bzgl. der Reparatur zu erfahren und vereinbarte Termine, z.B.: das Fahrzeug ist am Tag X fertig und wir melden uns, werden nicht eingehalten. Bei Nachfrage warum sich niemand gemeldet hat wird die Schuld immer auf jemand anderen abgewälzt oder darauf hingewiesen das derjenige es nicht wusste. Das Beste daran ist, dass man als Kunde selbst nochmals nachfragen muss, ob das Auto wie vereinbart fertig ist, sonst hätte man keine Informationen darüber, dass es noch einen Tag dauert! Schlussendlich war das Fahrzeug welches seit 11.05.2021 in der Werkstatt zur Ursachenforschung und Reparatur stand, am 27.05.2021 um 15 Uhr fertig. Eine positive Ausnahme gibt es und diese ist der Werkstattleiter, welcher am Telefon immer höflich und auch kompetent ist, sowie die erbrachte Leistung der Werkstätte auch passt bzgl. der Reparatur des Fahrzeugs. Fazit: Werkstattleistung in Ordnung, aber organisatorisch starke Defizite daher 2 Sterne, da dies viel Geduld abverlangt! Worst customer service I have ever met in a car dealership! This is shown by the fact that agreed callbacks are not carried out, you always have to phone afterwards to find out something about the repair and agreed appointments, e.g. the vehicle is ready on day X and we will contact you, will not be kept. When asked why no one has reported, the blame is always passed on to someone else or it is pointed out that the person did not know. The best thing about it is that as a customer you have to ask again whether the car is ready as agreed, otherwise you would have no information that it would take another day! In the end, the vehicle that had been in the workshop for cause research and repair since May 11, 2021, was ready on May 27, 2021 at 3 p.m. There is a positive exception and this is the workshop manager, who is always polite and competent on the phone, and the service provided by the workshop is also suitable for the repair of the vehicle. Conclusion: workshop performance okay, but organizationally strong deficits therefore 2 stars, as this requires a lot of patience!

Sie kümmern sich sehr das das Auto vorm Verkauf im TOP Zustand ist. Beim Einkaufstest vom ÖAMTC wurden keine Mängeln festgestellt. One day I traded my old car for a new one. Price / performance is optimal. They take great care that the car is in TOP condition before it is sold. No deficiencies were found in the ÖAMTC shopping test.

Es wird offensichtlich kein Wert auf langjährige Kundentreue gelegt. ? Leider als Kunde schon sehr häufig enttäuscht worden und vermutlich kein zukünftiger Autokauf mehr.
