Kann trotz vorgezeigtem Zulassungsschein mal passieren, aber dass das falsch bestellte Teil nicht zurückgegeben werden konnte, mir verrechnet wurde und ich auf den Kosten sitzen bleibe is echt a hinnige Firmenpolitik und a bodenlose Frechheit. Wenn i sowos auf Amazon bestell und kan Tau hab was i brauch und es kommt des falsche bin i söbst Schuld. Aber wenn i extra in a Autohaus geh erwart i ma halt schon was anderes. Für was gibts dann eichan Job überhaupt? Des falsche Teil bestellen hätt i söba ah gschofft. Entschuldigung dass ich nicht in Zahlen weiss welche Krümmung und Dicke mein Ölmessstab hat,vielleicht sollt i man moi in A*** stecken damit i mas merk oder? Richtig mieser Service is des wennst mi fragst oba zumindest homs nu obigessn bevors ma gsogt hom dass ma do leider nix mochen konn 2 Minuten nochdem i zoit hob. Da hat ma halt gsehn, dass euch Leute unter am gewissen Betrag am A**** lecken können.
Ordered the wrong part. It can happen despite showing a registration certificate, but that the wrongly ordered part could not be returned, I was charged and I am left with the costs is really a bad company policy and a bottomless cheek. If I order something on Amazon and can Tau have what I need and it comes to the wrong place, I am to blame. But when I go to a dealership especially, I expect something else. What is a job for anyway? To order the wrong part, I would have hoped for it. Sorry that I don't know in numbers what curvature and thickness my dipstick has, maybe I should stick moi in A *** so that I can remember right? Really lousy service is when you mi ask oba at least homs nu obigessn bevors ma gsogt hom that ma do unfortunately nothing could do 2 minutes nor dem i zoit raised. Since ma has just seen that people can lick you at a certain amount on the A ****.
