Mit wurde gesagt, dass das Auto gegen Dienstag nachmittag abholbereit sein wird. Bereits gegen 10 Uhr am Dienstag erhielt ich einen Anruf, dass das Auto bereits abholbereit sei. Perfekter Service. Sehr netter Mann. Gerne immer wieder! On Monday, after a short conversation, I was able to deliver the car immediately. After a professional diagnosis, a binding offer was made to me. I was told that the car would be ready for collection around Tuesday afternoon. Already around 10 a.m. on Tuesday I received a call that the car was ready to be picked up. Perfect service. Very nice man. Always happy!

Chiamato per fargli visionare l'anomalia, si è interessato immediatamente per spiegarmi il perché era meglio sostituirlo e procurarmene uno con le caratteristiche delle altre e farmi sapere il preventivo. Nemmeno 24 ore dopo sono tornato per la sostituzione. Indiscutibile la professionalità e onestà, rapporto qualità/spesa totale ottima (gomma Falken 245/40/R18 97Y XL, 140€, equilibratura, montaggio, controllo delle altre e smaltimento della sostituita). I needed Simon Haid to replace a tire during the holidays in August. Called to show him the anomaly, he immediately took an interest in explaining why it was better to replace it and get one with the characteristics of the others and let me know the quote. Not even 24 hours later I returned for replacement. Unquestionable professionalism and honesty, excellent total quality / expense ratio (Falken rubber 245/40 / R18 97Y XL, 140 €, balancing, assembly, control of the others and disposal of the replaced).
F	Flo Schön on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht zu empfehlen wenn man es vermeiden kann, was ich leider nicht konnte. Lässt ein warten macht Uhrzeiten zum abholen aus ist dann aber nicht fertig. Habe für eine Reparatur die eine halbe Stunde gebraucht hat 180€ bezahlt. In Deutschland habe ich jetzt erfahren hätte ich selbst bei VW nicht mehr als 80€ bezahlt. Not recommended if you can avoid it, which unfortunately I couldn't. Leaves waiting, times to pick up, but then it is not ready. I paid 180 € for a repair that took half an hour. In Germany I have now found out that I would not have paid more than € 80 even at VW.
J	Jay Bellamy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this garage doesn't deserve 1 star, i was in a car accident last week, the owner and main mechanic Andreas towed my car 200 metres up the road and advised me i needed 4 new snow tyres, i said ok if that what i need to get my car home then lets do this, after he ordered them i was advised by insurance to stop any work. he would not cancel the tyres and would not release the car until i gave him 2000euro. complete con artists (schwindler) DO NOT USE THIS MAN FOR WORK! especially if you are english, he wouldn't let me pay by card and committed assault on me to remove me from the garage whilst trying to pretend to masterbate calling me german swear words. i have just driven 800 miles home and not only did 1 tyre go down flat on the way home, but when i got home i found out the tires are worth a maximum with fitting 800euro (tops) i am disgusted and still in shock. next stop is filing a legal case against this con artist garage.
