★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben zeitnah einen Termin erhalten und wurden dann auch sofort von der Junior-Chefin in Empfang genommen. Nachdem wir genau zum Problem befragt wurden, bekamen wir einen ungefähren Zeitrahmen genannt und es wurde vereinbart, dass bei event. auftretenden Problemen oder Zeitüberschreitung sofort angerufen wird. Leider war das Problem auch tatsächlich größer als gedacht und es kam der vereinbarte Anruf. Trotzdem Ersatzteile bestellt werden mussten, konnten wir 2 Tage später unser geliebtes Auto wieder abholen. Zu unserem Erstaunen war die Rechnung sehr human! Wir bekamen unser Fahrzeug sogar gereinigt wieder. Dieses Autohaus und seine Werkstatt können wir auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen.
 We received an appointment promptly and were then immediately received by the junior manager. After we were asked exactly about the problem, we were given an approximate time frame and it was agreed that event. If problems occur or if the timeout is exceeded, the call is made immediately. Unfortunately, the problem was actually bigger than expected and the agreed call came. Even though spare parts had to be ordered, we were able to pick up our beloved car two days later. To our astonishment, the bill was very humane! We even got our vehicle cleaned again. We can definitely recommend this dealership and its workshop.
