M	Michael Bösch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bewerte hier nicht den Baumarkt sondern den BÖMAG Heizung Sanitär und Solar. Die Fa. Bömag hat mich als Kunden verloren, obwohl ich hier vor Jahren über 13.000 Euro liegen lassen habe. Was ich gestern erlebt habe grenzt einfach an eine Unverschämtheit. Ich hatte einen Wasserschaden an der Kuchenarmatur, diese war das einzige was vor 4 Jahren nicht bei Bömag gekauft habe. Als der Techniker kam vom Schuhe ausziehen bis zum Schuhe wieder anziehen war er gerade mal 5 min da, hat die Wasserzufuhr abgedreht und gesagt er macht nichts, da dies eine Armatur ist die nicht bei ihnen im Sortiment ist. Nicht mal den Ansatz einer Lösung gesucht. Einfach wieder gegangen. Ich hätte mir wenigstens erwartet, dass mir zumindest eine neue Armatur angeboten wird nein. Habe mich auch telefonisch noch beschwert, erhielt dann einen Rückruf von dem Techniker der vor Ort war. Der Oberhammer rotzfrech und hat mich geduzt und gemeint wenn ich unbedingt will, kann ich einen Kostenvoranschlag für eine neue Armatur bekommen, dann würde er sie auch wechseln kommen. Wenn dies die Art der Firma ist mit Kunden umzugehen dann geht es der Wirtschaft gut. Ich hab dann bei der Fa. Willu angerufen und was ich dort erlebt habe war genau das komplette Gegenteil. Kann jedem nur empfehlen hier nichts machen zu lassen. Ich werde hier keinen Cent mehr liegen lassen auch nicht im Baumarkt. I am not evaluating the hardware store here, but the BÖMAG heating, sanitary and solar. The Bömag company lost me as a customer, even though I left over 13,000 euros here years ago. What I experienced yesterday borders on an outrage. I had water damage to the cake mixer, this was the only thing I didn't buy from Bömag 4 years ago. When the technician came from taking your shoes off to putting them on again, he was only there for 5 minutes, turned off the water supply and said he didn't do anything, because this is a fitting that is not in their range. Not even looking for a solution. Just left again. At least I would have expected that at least a new fitting would be offered to me, no. I also complained by phone, then received a callback from the technician who was on site. Oberhammer was snotty and said if I really wanted to, I could get a cost estimate for a new fitting, then he would also come and change it. If this is the company’s way of dealing with customers then the economy is doing fine. I then called Willu and what I experienced there was exactly the opposite. Can only recommend to everyone not to have anything done here. I won't leave a cent here, not even in the hardware store.
