D	Der Erste Michilein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei meinem letzten Besuch in dieser Werkstatt ging einiges schief. Ich wollte eine Feder ersetzen lassen. Nun hat die Werkstatt die Feder ersetzt, danach "klopfte" mein Auto. Als fuhr ich Freitag Nachmittag nach der Arbeit ein 2. mal in die Werkstatt. Die Arbeit die sie durchführten haben sie kontrolliert, jedoch ohne Ergebnis. Mir wurde gesagt ich solle das Auto nochmal einen Tag da lassen und sie schauen was los ist, ihre Arbeit sei richtig ausgeführt gewesen. Ich habe die Feder dann selber zuhause angeschaut und sie wackelte ich habe diese Feder von bekannten Mechanikern gezeigt anschauen lassen und alle sagten die sei zu kurz oder falsch eingebaut. Also habe ich das der Werkstatt mitgeteilt, danach wurde alles nochmal kontrolliert eine andere Feder eingebaut und dann wurde mir gesagt es war nicht die Feder sondern die Koppelstange rechts. Dann kam die Rechnung von 380€ also rief ich an mir wurde gesagt ca. 250€, der Mitarbeiter am Telefon hat gesagt es tut ihm leid da ist was schief gelaufen er schickt mir gleich eine neue Rechnung diese Betrug dann 280€. Auf meiner Rechnung die ich jetzt habe wurde eine Nicht Originale Feder verbaut und diese kostete mich schon etwa 112€ (Wenn ich sie kaufe über Internet etwa 26€, das sind über 300% Aufschlag) nur die Feder ohne Einbau. Auf meiner Rechnung ist auch eine Feder aufgelistet, die nicht mal in meinem Auto eingebaut wurde. (Ich habe die Artikelnummer von der eingebauten Feder und die Nummer auf der Rechnung kontrolliert.) Ich habe Opel direkt angeschrieben vor etwa 14 Tagen es kam keine Einsicht und keine Reduktion der Rechnung. Ich musste 3. mal ein in die Werkstatt bringen und 2. ein Leihauto besorgen und selbst an meinem Auto arbeiten um einen Fehler zu finden und dann kommt von Opel einfach nichts, nicht mal eine Entschuldigung. On my last visit to this workshop, things went wrong. I wanted to replace a spring. Now the workshop has replaced the spring, then "knocked" my car. As a Friday afternoon I went to the workshop after work 2 times. The work they performed controlled them, but without result. I was told to leave the car for another day and they see what's going on, their work was done properly. I then looked at the spring at home and they wiggled I had this pen by well-known mechanics shown and all said that was too short or wrong installed. So I told the workshop, then everything was again checked another spring installed and then I was told it was not the spring but the coupling rod right. Then came the bill of 380 € so I called to me was said about 250 ¬, the employee on the phone said he was sorry there was something wrong he sent me a new bill this scam then 280 ¬. On my bill that I have now was a non-original pen installed and this cost me already about 112 ¬ (If I buy them on the Internet about 26 ¬, which are about 300% surcharge) only the spring without installation. On my bill is also listed a pen that was not even installed in my car. (I have checked the part number of the built-in pen and the number on the bill.) I wrote to Opel directly about 14 days ago there was no insight and no reduction of the bill. I had to bring 3 times to the workshop and 2. get a rental car and work on my car to find a mistake and then comes from Opel nothing, not even an apology.

Sehr Nette und Kompetente Leute die OPEL im Blut haben so wie Ich ;) Und jetzt einen neuen Grandland X gekauft Top Beratung und Top Service von Jungs und Damen schnell und unkompliziert ! An Opel workshop exactly to my taste, after what I have long sought and found now. Very nice and competent people who have OPEL in their blood just like me;) And now a new Grandland X bought top advice and top service from guys and ladies fast and easy!
