Nur wenn man fragt, wieviel die Arbeit in welchem Fall ungefähr kosten würde (weil vorher nicht klar, ob und was genau kaputt ist), wird man schon komisch angeschaut und bekommt keine richtige Antwort. Am Ende hat es sogar mehr gekostet, als vorher telefonisch als Höchstpreis angegeben wurde. Fazit: Nie wieder.
 Totally unsympathetic boss. Only if you ask how much the work would cost in which case (because it is not clear beforehand whether and what exactly is broken), you get a strange look and don't get a correct answer. In the end, it even cost more than what was previously stated as the maximum price over the phone. Conclusion: never again.
