Wir haben Mitte Juli eine 7" Single via Austrovinyl bestellt. Dass dies über MY45 in Deutschland läuft, war uns immer klar, da Austrovinyl selbst keine 7"s selbst produziert. So. Da wir jetzt im Dezember, volle 6 Monate geduldigen Wartens später, nach wie vor keinerlei Info bzgl. Produktionsstatus, etc. bekommen haben, dachten wir uns, dass es vernünftig wäre, mal bei My45 selbst nachzufragen. Antwort: Sie wissen von nichts, haben also nicht einmal den Auftrag von Austrovinyl bekommen, obwohl uns monatelang versichert wurde, dass "alles am Laufen" sei. Bis zum jetzigen Tag haben wir keinerlei Stellungahmen, Lösungsvorschläge, oder Sonstiges gehört; nichts, null, nada. Und das alles, obwohl wir bereits die Hälfte der Platte, die seit 6 Monaten nur imaginär existiert, bezahlt haben. In dieser Art und Weise als Kunde von einem vermeintlich so renommierten Betrieb wie Austrovinyl behandelt zu werden, hätten wir nicht für möglich gehalten. Bis jetzt! Wahnsinn oder? Finger weg!! How we deal with customers here is an absolute impudence! I would like to give zero stars. Why? In the middle of July we ordered a 7 "single via Austrovinyl. It was always clear to us that this would run through MY45 in Germany, since Austrovinyl itself does not produce 7" s. So. Since we still haven't received any information about the production status, etc. in December, a full 6 months of patient waiting later, we thought it would be sensible to ask My45 ourselves. Answer: You don't know anything, so you didn't even get the order from Austrovinyl, although we were assured for months that "everything was up and running". Up to the present day we have not heard any statements, suggestions for solutions or anything else; nothing, zero, nada. And all of this, although we have already paid for half of the record, which has only existed in imagination for 6 months. We would not have thought possible to be treated in this way as a customer of a supposedly renowned company like Austrovinyl. Until now! Crazy, right? Hands off!!
