★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Kanzlei hat möglicherweise die inkompetentesten Mitarbeiter, mit denen ich jemals zu tun hatte. Wollte meine Rechnung lediglich per Mail haben, nach 5 mal telefonieren schafften sie es nicht mir die richtige Rechnung in digitaler Form zu senden. Noch viel mehr enttäuscht war ich von der Umgangsart der Mitarbeiter, die am Telefon alles andere als freundlich waren.
The firm has possibly the most incompetent staff I have ever dealt with. Just wanted to have my invoice by email, after 5 phone calls they couldn't send me the correct invoice in digital form. I was even more disappointed with the way the employees treated me, who were anything but friendly on the phone.
