Best Campground in austria

N	Nataša Dosedla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst camp I've ever been to. You pay for a dog but dog is not allowed to the beach, dog is not allowed to poo in the camp. Nothing. They have poo from swans and ducks all over the beach and they don't mind. As a dog owner I clean after my dog and enjoy the beach with my dog. Not happy at all with the camp and don't recomend. Will never ever camp at Mondsee again. They have parties at the restaurant and it was very noisy even at 1 am. Not a quiet and relaxing place to be if you you hit the bed early. Car has to be parked outside the camp. To expensive for what they offer.
S	Stefan El Abdellaoui on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and attentive receptionist. Camping spots were in good order and making a request/complaint was easy enough. I would have loved to give 5 stars, but there are a couple of things which require attention: #1 Hygiene: Mould can be found everywhere in the showers. #2 Space: The washroom (for washing dishes and laundry) is extremely small. Especially in times of COVID-19 it is of paramount importance to be able to keep at least some safety-measures as keeping ones distance. Also there is only one washing machine and one dryer. Taking turns and getting in line to wash one's clothes is frustrating at best. #3 Borrowing equipment: Renting SUP's, E-Bikes, etc. seems to be very expensive, which is why we refrained from doing so. I guess since they are the only place where you can rent equipment like this, they can dictate the prices but paying almost €20, - for one hour of SUP-riding is too much in my honest opinion.

The campsite itself is good located, but very strange policies (no car is aloud in the camp!) unfriendly receptionist. Very rude and aggressive manager!!! Very unprofessional and disappointing management team. So please avoid this campsite if you want to relax and have fun in your vacation!

O	Oliver St on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The operator has completely overbooked the campsite. Some had to sleep one the Asphalt. I did not get the spots I paid for and i booked. An absolute cheek. Instead of 2 places there is now only one. I don't understand why the campsite is so well rated with such a procedure.

J	Jana Curk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Host not hospitable for non German and non Austrian guests. We waited to order for 45 min. Hosts ignored us all the time. Very expensive restaurant and not good value for the money. We will definately not come back.
J	Jiri Vperi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great camping directly at the lake. Nice and spacious sanitary rooms. However almost all the camping is reserved for camper vans so the guests with tents are all packed on a small grass yard at the corner of the site.
