★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great rooms and facilities, Horrible service. You feel unwelcomed all the time. Example- you are given teabags in welcome pack but you have to come down for hot water. Just to irritate guests?
Reception staff need much better training in not being rude! They do everything they're supposed to, but in the most unhelpful way.

Staffs were terrible and unhelpful.
Breakfast time was from 630am to 930am. We started eating at 845am and was chased away by one of the staff in an extremely rude manner. He shouted that we had to end our brrakfast as hes preparing the room for lunch. Seriously??? This is how u treat your guests? Preparing lunch setup at 9am and chasing your guest whos having breakfast halfway when cutoff time is still 30min away? Absolutely the worst ever service i had came across. Will never want to visit this hotel ever again in my life.
Horrendous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel, easy to find on the map. It's not near downtown, but it's not too far. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They could work on the courtesy of a young girl who was at the reception. Tip - Do not park in the parking lot reserved for Tipico, as penalties are painfully high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hotel just opposite to the bus stop. You can take bus 4 to go directly to the city centre. The staff is extremely friendly and the rooms are bigger than many other hotels of this category. Also there are many restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable bed. Rather spacious room. Staff were very helpful towards us traveling Americans and were super helpful with explaining the bus to us. Air conditioning worked great too. Literally right across the street from the bus line so it’s easy to get to and super convenient location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy booking , very friendly front desk staffs (English and German language) , Room was very clean and good comfortable beds. Breakfast was average in choices but quality was good. Little far away from center but well connected by bus. Parking is free but it’s is a little difficult to find because of near by businesses. Overall it’s an economical and worthy stay.
