Nice view over the old city centre with the fortress on the hill. Te spot is a little bit hidden, but it is a worth visiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zu Fuß von der Altstadt in zirka 20 Minuten erreichbar (Stiegen hinter dem Festspielhaus), etwaige Fitness vorausgesetzt (ggf. Mönchsbergaufzug nutzen). Sehr schöner Ausblick!
Walking distance from the old town in about 20 minutes (stairs behind the Festspielhaus), any fitness required (if necessary use Mönchsberg lift). Very nice view!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hat man einen grandiosen Blick über Salzburg. Muss man gesehen haben. Da wir keine Lust hatten zu laufen haben wir den Mönchsbergaufzug genommen.
You have a magnificent view over Salzburg. You should have seen it. Since we didn't feel like walking, we took the Mönchsberg lift.
