Der Kundendienst ist nur schwer erreichbar, die Ware darf der Kunde dann kurzfristig auf seine Kosten wieder retournieren. Das war auf jeden Fall mein letzter Kauf bei Aurena. Unfortunately, some of the auctioned products do not correspond to the descriptions. Copies are sometimes offered as originals. Customer service is difficult to reach, and the customer can then return the goods at short notice at his own expense. This was definitely my last purchase from Aurena.

As so often, there are interesting things at Aurena, but a day trip to pick them up is not worth it. However, I was able to send the shipping label and arrange for collection. A	Alfred R. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe dort schon oft Dinge ersteigert. Und meistens macht es auch Spaß und in vielen Fällen ist die Beute sogar ein Schnäppchen. Aber auf folgende Sachverhalte möchte ich hinweisen: 1. der scheinbar günstige Preis wird durch eine Aktionsgebühr und durch Mwst erhöht. Der Preis ist tatsächlich um mehr als 40% höher. Das wird zwar einigermaßen transparent dargestellt, aber anscheinend verstehen das viele Leute nicht. Das finale Gebot für Ware aus Konkursmassen ist häufig höher als der aktuelle Marktpreis. Das ist dann kein Schnäppchen mehr 2. bei gebrauchter Ware fehlt sehr häufig ein Teil wie z.B. die Fernbedienung. Das ist auf den Fotos nicht erkennbar und wird von Aurena auch nicht geprüft. 3. es gibt keinerlei Garantie auch nicht für Neuware. Eventuell vorhandene Garantiekarten sind nicht ausgefüllt. Man kann sich also im Fall einer Reklamation weder an Aurena, noch an den Verkäufer und auch nicht an den Hersteller wenden. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit zur Rückgabe oder zum Austausch defekter Ware. Ich vermute, dass diese Geschäfte in absehbarer Zeit durch den Verbraucherschutz geprüft werden. Eines ist nämlich sicher: das Interesse des Konsumenten steht nicht im Vordergrund. But I would like to point out the following facts: 1. the seemingly low price is increased by a promotional fee and VAT. The price is actually more than 40% higher. It's presented in a fairly transparent way, but apparently a lot of people don't understand it. The final bid for goods from bankruptcy estates is often higher than the current market price. It's no longer a bargain 2. Used goods are often missing a part such as the remote control. This cannot be seen on the photos and is not checked by Aurena. 3. There is no guarantee, not even for new goods. Any existing guarantee cards are not filled out. In the event of a complaint, you cannot contact Aurena, the seller or the manufacturer. There is no way to return or exchange defective goods. I assume that these transactions will be examined by consumer protection in the foreseeable future. One thing is for sure: the interest of the consumer is not in the foreground.
