★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Personal ist trotz des offensichtlichen Stresses immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider musste ich mitbekommen das nicht alle Besucher dies verstehen und deshalb dem Personal gegenüber oft ungeduldig/ungehalten sind. Mehr Verständnis wäre wünschenswert
 Despite the obvious stress, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I had to realize that not all visitors understand this and are therefore often impatient / angry with the staff. More understanding would be desirable
