R	Renate Ludersdorfer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein extrem kompetenter Arzt mit so einer angenehmen Art, noch dazu ist er wahnsinnig freundlich. Kann ich auch sehr für Kinder weiter empfehlen. ?? An extremely competent doctor with such a pleasant manner, and he is incredibly friendly. I can also highly recommend it for children. ??

Zwar etwas längere Wartezeiten und eher schnelle Behandlung, doch auf jeden Fall ein super Augenarzt, vor allem auch, da für alle Kassen offen. Very quick appointment, very competent and friendly treatment! A little longer waiting times and rather quick treatment, but definitely a great ophthalmologist, especially since it is open to all health insurers.
Y	Yasmin Eder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An sich ist Dr. Makk ein netter Arzt der seine Arbeit sicher gut macht. Jedoch ist leider beim Termin immer mit einer mind. Wartezeit von 1,5 Std. Zu rechnen, trotz Terminvereinbarung 6 Monate vorher. Zudem kommt hinzu, dass die Assistentinen am Empfang mit ihrer Arbeit sichtlich überfordert waren. Es herrschte unter den Damen ein sehr rauer und genervter Umgangston, was Patienten welche näher am Empfang saßen deutlich mitbekommen. Die Damen wirkten von ihrer Arbeit und den Patienten sehr genervt. Desweiteren wird auch mit den Patienten nicht wertschätzend umgegangen.Sei es beim Aufnehmen oder der Frage wie lange es noch dauern würde, weil man auch andere Termine hat. Man erhält sehr schnippische Antworten. Ich hatte bereits 3 Termine dort, und hoffte, dass es einfach ein schlechter Tag war. Aber dies ist wohl der Usus in dieser Ordi. Somit würde ich hier keine Empfehlung aussprechen. In itself, Dr. Makk a nice doctor who certainly does his job well. However, a waiting time of at least 1.5 hours is to be expected at the appointment, despite an appointment being made 6 months in advance. In addition, the reception assistants were visibly overwhelmed with their work. There was a very rough and annoyed tone among the ladies, which patients who were sitting closer to the reception could clearly hear. The ladies seemed very annoyed by their work and the patients. Furthermore, the patient is not treated with appreciation, be it the admission or the question of how long it would take because you also have other appointments. You get very snappy answers. I already had 3 appointments there and hoped it was just a bad day. But this is probably the custom in this Ordi. So I wouldn't make a recommendation here.
M	Milena Pnc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wirklich Interesse hat Dr. Makk an seinen Patienten nicht, dafür aber diese gleich bei der Hintertüre ohne Jacke mitten im Winter zur optikerin (die bei ihm eingemietet ist) zu schicken. Seine vertretungsärztin ist aber ganz großartig, leider weiß ich nicht wie sie heißt. Really interested is Dr. Makk not to his patients, but to send them to the optician (who rents from him) right at the back door without a jacket in the middle of winter. But his substitute doctor is great, unfortunately I don't know her name.
g	good_boy_1991 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bekam beim Arbeiten auf einer Baustelle einen Splitter einer Fliese ins Auge. Ich durfte nach einem freundlichen Telefonat gleich kommen, die Wartezeit war absolut nicht schlimm und ich wurde schnell behandelt und ehe ich mich versah, war der Splitter aus dem Auge entfernt. Sehr kompetenter und überaus freundlicher sympathischer Arzt. Für meinen nächsten Augenarzt Termin sehr gerne wieder!!! I got a splinter of a tile in the eye while working on a construction site. I was allowed to come straight away after a friendly phone call, the waiting time was absolutely not bad and I was treated quickly and before I knew it, the splinter was removed from the eye. Very competent and extremely friendly, personable doctor. For my next ophthalmologist appointment, I would love to do it again!
K	Karin Trinkl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die jungen Damen an der Rezeption sind teilweise etwas unfreundlich, aber das macht Herr Dr. Makk mit seiner außerordentlich freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Art wieder wett. Die Ordination ist immer voll und es kommt zu längeren Wartezeiten, auch wenn man einen Termin hat. Trotzdem bin ich von der Ordination bzw. vom Können des Arztes sehr begeistert und komme immer wieder. The young ladies at the reception are sometimes a bit unfriendly, but that's what Dr. Makk made up for it with his extraordinarily friendly and courteous manner. The ordination is always full and there are long waiting times, even if you have an appointment. Nevertheless, I am very enthusiastic about the surgery and the skills of the doctor and keep coming back.
S	Saskia Albrecher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wartezeit mit Termin (>1,5 Stunden..!) Patienten, die einen Notfall haben werden vorgenommen, Kinder auch, alles verständlich. Dennoch müsste ein Termin besser koordiniert werden, das ist bei anderen Fachärzten auch machbar. Wenn man arbeiten muss und extra aus der Arbeit hier hin fährt und dann noch ewig warten muss ist das mühsam. Waiting time with an appointment (>1.5 hours!) Patients who have an emergency are treated, children too, everything is understandable. Nevertheless, an appointment would have to be better coordinated, which is also feasible with other specialists. If you have to work and drive here from work and then have to wait forever, it's tedious.
