A	AHMED S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nette Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern, keine lange Wartezeiten , Termine werden sehr respektvoll eingehalten, und was mir am meisten gefällt ist das man gut und vertieft untersucht wird und man bekommt auch eine gute Aufklärung und fachliche Meinungen sowohl von der Ärztin als auch die Assistentinnen, hätte es mehr als 5 Sterne gegeben würde ich sicher mit volle Sterne bewerten Very nice employees, no long waiting times, appointments are kept very respectfully, and what I like most is that you are examined well and in depth and you also get good explanations and professional opinions from both the doctor and the assistants If there were more than 5 stars I would definitely rate it full stars

M	Mohammed Ghazaleh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a good clinic. The Dr. is quite helpful and speaks English well. Clinic has competent staff and they perform extended tests and some procedures. Recommended if you need an English speaking Dr./staff.
H	Haifeng Wang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to inaccurancy of the online booking system, the doctor called me in person to change the appointment to one week later at 13:30 instead of 16:00. Although not ideal with the kindergarten, I found still manageble. However, we came on time on the day of appointment, they told me that we were late for an hour, the appointment was at 12:30. I am really speechless, I would never agree on this time due to kindergarten schedule, ( it is the lunch time! ) and of course doctors can never been wrong, it is always patients fault. With the attitude they provide, I believe the doctor must be really good, so with such poor organization, people still keep going to visit. But it is not for people who has to make arrangement with their work and come with their yong kid. Hope our experience can help them to do a better job, so no other people will experience the same thing like us.
