Handwerker war 40min nach Verständigung durch Versicherung vor Ort und hat die Türe ohne Schäden geöffnet. Super Service! Very friendly, competent and fast. Die beiden Herren - sehr nett und freundlich - waren binnen 35 Minuten vor Ort und hatten binnen weniger Minuten die massive Tür geöffnet. Preis war absolut in Ordnung. Ich kann diese Firma nur weiterempfehlen: seriös, rasch, kompetent und freundlichen. Vielen vielen Dank Almost 2 hours before the door closed in icy cold weather. The two gentlemen - very nice and friendly - were on site within 35 minutes and had opened the massive door within a few minutes. Price was absolutely fine. Durch eine Nachbarin die Fa. Kauper gerufen und innerhalb von 30 Minuten kamen sie. Der Herr war super, hat sich verschiedene Alternativen überlegt wie man doch noch ins Haus kommen könnte und nicht aufgegeben. Und hat das fast Unmögliche geschafft und einen alternativen Weg gefunden. Danke dafür!!! Für mich hoch professionell und versuchen die beste Lösung für den Kunden zu finden. TOP!! Kauper was called by a neighbor and they came within 30 minutes. The gentleman was great, thought of different alternatives how you could still get into the house and did not give up.
