Die Dame war wirklich unglaublich nett und hat sich für den Fehler entschuldigt und ist mir sehr entgegenkommen. Vorbildlicher Kundenservice, das hatte ich mir wirklich überhaupt nicht erwartet. Freut mich als Kunde wirklich sehr dass negative Meinungen nicht unter den Tisch gekehrt werden sondern dem Ganzen nachgegangen wird. Mein Ärger ist vergessen und ich werde weiterhin hier einkaufen. Vielen herzlichen Dank! :) After a complaint I was contacted by the shop management. The lady was really incredibly nice and apologized for the mistake and was very accommodating to me. Exemplary customer service, I really didn't expect that at all. I am really happy as a customer that negative opinions are not swept under the table but investigated. My anger is forgotten and I will continue to shop here. Many many thanks! :)

Ordentliches Sortiment... egal ob Bier, Wein, Spirituosen oder auch Alkohol freien Getränken. Wer hier nicht fündig wird hat keinen Durst... My favorite for everything to do with drinks for many years. A decent assortment ... whether beer, wine, spirits or alcohol-free drinks. If you can't find what you're looking for here, you're not thirsty ...

Obwohl ich fast einmal die Woche ein Fass abhole. Auch hier war das Personal bemüht. Leider wussten Sie aber nicht, obwohl 32 abgelaufene Murauer vorhanden sind, frische Bierfässer kommen. Trotzdem ein bemühtes Personal und ich hoffe das der Vorrat mit frischem Bier aufgefrischt wird. ? Wenn Abwechslung bei Bieren bzw. Craft-Beer mag dann findet man dort immer wieder was neues interessantes. Great beverage trade, especially for beer, where there is a huge selection. Staff is quite competent and knows the offer well. If a change in beers or craft beer likes then you will always find something new interesting.

Als ich mir unten aus dem Bierregal, wie all die Male zuvor, eine leere Kiste zum Befüllen nehmen wollte, kam euer Verkäufer Andreas sichtlich angespannt mit den Worten „nein“ & „was glaubst du wieso die Kiste eigentlich da unten steht?“ zu mir und nahm sie mir aus der Hand, stellte sie zurück und gab mir eine andere leere Bierkiste in die Hand. Das alles mit einem derb genervten und unfreundlichen Unterton. An dem Punkt war ich eigentlich nur komplett perplex und erwiderte nur, woher ich das denn wissen solle? Seine Antwort war „ich erwarte mir ein bisschen logischen Menschenverstand“. Sorry Leute, das ist komplett inakzeptabel. Ich war jahrelang Kunde bei euch, sowas ist mir noch nie passiert. Wenn eure Verkäufer so einen Umgangston mit Kunden pflegen, hinterfrage ich doch ernsthaft eure Personalpolitik und wieso solch kundenorientierte Verkäufer bei Euch arbeiten dürfen. All this with a rough annoyed and unfriendly undertone. At that point I was actually just completely perplexed and only replied, how was I supposed to know that? His answer was "I expect a bit of logical common sense". Sorry folks, this is completely unacceptable. I've been a customer of yours for years, nothing like this has ever happened to me. If your salespeople have such a tone when dealing with customers, I seriously question your personnel policy and why such customer-oriented salespeople are allowed to work for you. Never again
