Ich möchte hier gerne einen Erfahrungsbericht teilen, der für alle Neukunden interessant sein kann: Ich habe das Atelier kontaktiert, um einen Kostenvoranschlag für den Umbau meiner Ordination machen zu lassen. Ich wollte nur einen Kostenüberblick haben, um zu entscheiden, ob ich die Arbeiten mit dieser Architekturfirma machen lasse oder nicht. Nach Besichtigung des Objektes wurde mir gesagt, dass es nicht im geringsten einschätzbar sei, wie hoch die Kosten seien. Erst nach dem 3. Termin wurden die Tatsachen offenbart. In der Zwischenzeit bekam ich vorab-Pläne, die ich eigentlich nicht verlangt habe. Als der KV die von mit kommunizierten Kosten um 2/3 überstiegen haben, wurde nachgebessert. Ich sagte schließlich ab, und bekam anschließend eine saftige Rechnung für Planungsarbeiten. Hätte mich das Architekturbüro vorab darüber aufgeklärt, dass die Planung und der Kostenvoranschlag kostenpflichtig sei, dann hätte ich mich darauf einstellen können, und wissentlich entscheiden können auch ev. nur einen Plan zu kaufen. Dies wurde jedoch zu keiner Gelegenheit kommuniziert !!! => Kostenaufklärung vorab = NULL !!! Die Leitung der Architekten mag sicher gut sein, jedoch Kostentransparenz, bzw. eine Übersicht des Kostenaufbau vorab gibt es leider nicht.

I would like to share a testimonial here that may be of interest to all new customers: I contacted the studio to get a cost estimate for the renovation of my ordination. I just wanted to have an overview of costs to decide whether or not to have the work done with this architecture company. After viewing the property, I was told that it was not in the least possible to estimate how high the costs would be. The facts were only revealed after the third appointment. In the meantime, I got plans in advance that I didn't really ask for. When the KV exceeded the communicated costs by 2/3, improvements were made. I finally canceled, and then got a hefty bill for planning work. If the architecture office had informed me in advance that the planning and the cost estimate would have to be paid for, then I could have adjusted myself to it and knowingly decided to buy just one plan. However, this was never communicated !!! => Cost clarification in advance = NULL !!! The management of the architects may well be good, but unfortunately there is no cost transparency or an overview of the cost structure in advance.
