The equipment is modern and simple at the same time. But for those of you who are interested in the intimate, it doesn't get it for the bigger apartment.
S	Sabine König on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Frühstückspension.Hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit Balkon,direkter Blick auf den Zauberberg, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet es lässt keine Wünsche übrig und toll angerichtet,der Besitzer ist wirklich sehr freundlich und geht direkt auf seine Gäste ein.Das Landhaus ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen und ein sehr schöner Ausgangspunkt für ausgiebige Wanderungen.Kommen gerne wieder. A very lovingly furnished Frühstückspension.Hatten a great room with balcony, direct view of the Zauberberg, rich breakfast buffet it leaves nothing to be desired and great prepared, the owner is really very friendly and goes directly to his guests ein.Das country house is definitely to be recommended and a very nice starting point for extensive hikes. Come back again.

Gebuchte Suite bestand auch nur aus einem kleinen Vorraum, Bad und Schlafzimmer. Doppelbett auf der linken Seite ohne Nachttisch, Waschbecken im Bad winzig. Frühstück reichlich und mit angemessener Auswahl. Family-run guesthouse. In view of the local price level but a bit high priced. Booked suite consisted of only a small vestibule, bathroom and bedroom. Double bed on the left without bedside table, sink in the bathroom tiny. Breakfast plentiful and with reasonable choice.

Leider hatte ich beim Abreisen eine böse Überraschung - bis vor einigen Wochen hatte das Landhaus Semmering einen anderen Chef, der korrekt bei persönlicher Buchung den günstigsten Preis angeboten hat. Ich bin 2020 das dritte Mal zur selben Zeit hingefahren und habe mich auf die Zimmerpreise von der Homepage verlassen, da ich das Einzelzimmer persönlich bei der Chefin gebucht habe und ich leider keinen Kostenvoranschlag bekommen und auch blöderweise nicht verlangt habe. Ich habe dann € 100,00 pro Nacht und Person bezahlt und nicht wie in der Homepage angegeben € 79,00 (Booking.com verlangt € 75,00). Das ist mir die letzten zwei Jahre bei dem vorherigen Besitzer nicht passiert. Schade! Danke Andrea, für die Rückerstattung des zuviel bezahlten Preises von € 95,00. Gut, dass ich die Rezension geschrieben habe. The Landhaus Semmering is a wonderful bed and breakfast. With very nice rooms with balconies and a wonderful view. Unfortunately, I had a nasty surprise when I left - until a few weeks ago Landhaus Semmering had a different boss who correctly offered the lowest price when booking personally. I went there for the third time at the same time in 2020 and relied on the room prices on the website, because I personally booked the single room with the boss and unfortunately I did not get a cost estimate and unfortunately I did not ask for it. I then paid € 100.00 per night and person and not € 79.00 as stated on the website (Booking.com charges € 75.00). That has not happened to me in the past two years with the previous owner. Pity! Thank you Andrea for refunding the overpaid price of € 95.00. Good thing I wrote the review.
