Z	Zoltán Békési on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is perfect! The hotel is near to everything! The beautiful park, the Casino Baden, the restaurants, the tramstation to Wien are 5-15 minutes walk from the hotel! The purity of the room is also perfect! Very copious breakfast! We loved it so much!

The way they took care of us, especially those days we weren't feeling well, they all made us feel like we were at home the entire time. Special thanks to Chef JOE & Chef PETER. We cannot find appropriate words to express how much we appreciate the warm welcome and the generosity from the General Manager AXEL NEMETZ, the Receptionists SARAH & MELANIE, the friendly staff, SVETLANA, GABOR, SHAMROOZ, MARION, EVA and all those others who I may not mention the names, it was a great pleasure for us to be able to spend time with you all. Thank you for being so friendly, accommodating and gracious hospitality. We will never forget the experiences and new found friends we had on this trip and stay in this hotel, we call, "Home" away from Home. We are grateful and blessed we came and stayed from October 12 to November 20, 2019. A superb place to stay! Great staff, clean and well-managed amenities and best of all, great customer service in all aspects! "A guest never forgets the host who had treated him so kindly"

V	Vicky “Vix” Phiri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely breakfast venue. Just need to get there a but early so you get the best bits. Glasses for the bubbly and juice were scarce. Unfortunately they have the cooked scrambled eggs which I am positive are the egg substitute and not real! No boiled, fried sunny side up,poached, Benedict or omelet eggs. The fresh fruits are seasonal and just devine! Bigger plates are also not so bad that way you can put everything you want on one plate. It all goes down the same hole any way.
E	Emma Fagg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely location to explore Baden from. 2min walk into town and most other things are within 20min walk. Very clean hotel, lovely breakfast, friendly staff and great bar to enjoy a drink to finish off the day. Room was clean, great balcony view and amazing shower!
