T	Thomas Gartner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Bade und Erholungsbereich wäre eigentlich schön, wenn da nicht das ständige Seestadtwachstum wäre. Vor 5 Jahren als die Seestadt gebaut wurde war der bereich noch sehr lässig, wenig Leute und kein Baulärm. Da es ein stehendes Gewässer ist, ist die Wasserqualität nicht die beste aber den umständen entsprechend ok Die Erholungsfläche ist seit 1,2 Jahren auch permanenter Baustellenbereich. Aktuell im nördlichen Teil der aktuell gebauten Seestadt. Am Wochenende ist immer mehr und mehr los von Ruhe kann keine Rede mehr sein. Kaum vorstellbar dass cirka im Jahr 2030 die Seestadt fettig gebaut sein soll und dann +- 30.000 Menschen dort wohnen sollen. Spätestens dann wird der Badebereich vermutlich ganz zu vergessen sein. Schattenspendende Bäume sind ebenfalls eher mangelware Schön ist das es trotzdem noch etliche grünflächem zum Spielen für Kinder gibt und auch einen Kinderspielplatz und Skatepark. The bathing and relaxation area would actually be nice if it weren't for the constant growth of the lakeside city. 5 years ago when the Seestadt was built, the area was still very casual, few people and no construction noise. Since it is stagnant water, the water quality is not the best, but depending on the circumstances, it is ok The recreation area has also been a permanent construction site area for 1.2 years. Currently in the northern part of the currently built Seestadt. At the weekend there is more and more going on. There is no longer any question of rest. It is hard to imagine that by around 2030 the seaside city will be built in a greasy way and then + - 30,000 people will live there. By then at the latest, the bathing area will probably be completely forgotten. Trees that provide shade are also in short supply It is nice that there are still quite a few green areas for children to play and also a children's playground and skate park.

But there's not much else there (yet). The trees first have to grow in order to be able to provide shade at some point ...

N	Natalie Yefimova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this lake! It is large, clean, light blue color. There are many fish, ducks, swans. Perfect place for swimming in summer. Many playgrounds for kids, some sport facilities (table tennis, skateboarding park). There is a small beach for dogs, where they can swim. There is a public toilet, however it is only open in summer. In winter the lake is perfect for sunset and sunrise watching (sun is perfectly seen on the horizon, there no trees). Near the lake there is a Hofer supermarket, Ströck bakery. The lake is perfectly connected with the public transport: U2 Seestadt station, Bus 84 Seestadt stop, there is even a self-driving bus.
