M	Martina Breunig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war mit der Reiseführung und unserer Bergführerin mehr als zufrieden, die unsere kleine Gruppe über den E5 Oberstdorf nach Meran geschleppt hat :) Es war alles sehr gut organisiert und wir hatten eine unvergessliche Woche. Sicherlich ist dies sehr von der individuellen Bergführern abhängig, unsere war sehr erfahren und konnte uns sehr gut einschätzen und entsprechend mental begleiten. Danke für die tolle Woche !!! Die Orga im Office lief bei mir reibungslos und beinhaltete auch eine Umbuchung. Alles ohne Probleme. die tel. Erreichbarkeit war mitunter etwas zäh. I was more than satisfied with the tour guide and our mountain guide, who dragged our small group over the E5 Oberstdorf to Merano :) Everything was very well organized and we had an unforgettable week. Certainly this depends very much on the individual mountain guides, ours was very experienced and was able to assess us very well and accompany us mentally accordingly. Thanks for the great week! The organization in the office ran smoothly for me and also included a rebooking. All without any problems. the tel. Accessibility was sometimes a bit tough.

Ich finde das Geschäftsgebaren bzw. das Selbstverständnis im Umgang mit Kunden bemerkenswert. I can't report on a trip because it didn't even happen. I find the business conduct and the self-image in dealing with customers remarkable.

Top Organisation und auch bei Problemen vor Ort wurde sofort unkompliziert geholfen - jederzeit wieder We had booked an individual hiking tour on La Gomera. Top organization and even if there were problems on site, help was immediately given in an uncomplicated manner - again at any time
T	Test Puzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider kam es zu keiner Reise. Genauer Tourverlauf nicht einsehbar. Auf Fragen wurde vor einer verbindlichen (!) Anfrage zunächst nicht eingegangen, Standardbausteine als Antwort. Zusatznächte waren dann plötzlich, als wir buchen wollten, obwohl vorher per Mail bestätigt, nicht mehr möglich. Telefonischer Support freundlich, aber eher hilflos („Dann ist das wohl so, wenn man Ihnen das geschrieben hat“). Wir sollen verbindlich buchen und unsere Wünsche per Mail hinterherschicken. Dann könne man gucken, was sich machen lässt. Das haben wir natürlich nicht getan und die empfohlene Mail bleibt seit 48h unbeantwortet. Haben bereits Wanderreisen bei anderen Anbietern gebucht und bisher nie Probleme mit Zusatznächten vor oder nach dem Wanderblock gehabt. Schade, da die Tour wirklich gut klang. Hier haperte es am Service. Unfortunately there was no trip. Exact tour course not visible. Questions were initially not answered before a binding (!) request, standard modules as an answer. Suddenly, when we wanted to book, additional nights were no longer possible, although they had been confirmed by email beforehand. Telephone support friendly, but rather helpless ("Then that's probably the case if you were written to"). We should make a binding booking and then send our wishes by e-mail. Then you can see what can be done. Of course we didn't do that and the recommended email has not been answered for 48 hours. Have already booked hiking trips with other providers and have never had any problems with additional nights before or after the hiking block. Shame as the tour sounded really good. The service was lacking here.

Ja, der Peis ist teilweise hoch, aber Qualität hat nun mal ihren Preis, das sollte man nicht vergessen. I can only recommend ASI. I have already booked a number of hiking trips with ASI and they were well organised. Yes, the price is sometimes high, but quality has its price, you shouldn't forget that.

Eine einzige Telefonnummer, die ständig besetzt ist und man hängt ewig in der Warteschleife bis man aufgibt. Am 05.04.2022 lief eine Ansage, dass aufgrund eines Feiertages in Österreich geschlossen sei. Das war ein ganz normaler Werktag. Inzwischen zweifle ich, ob es die Firma noch gibt. Wenn man auf einer Reise ein Problem hat, dürfte man so keine Hilfestellung bekommen können.
