If you want to do yoga and appreciate the sporty side, this is the place for you! No esoteric "Bla Bla" but a very good introduction to the health aspect of this ancient Indian tradition, with the additional possibility of deepening the content by real Indian masters. Authentic and limited to the essentials is the whole emphasis in the practice of the many yoga postures. just great!
