Soul is not. You won't get any water either. There are water taps on the pumps, but there is no water there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben hier nur eine kurze Kaffeepause eingelegt, aber dabei die Speisekarte studiert, das Angebot ist gut und auch die Preise moderat. Hier wird freundlich bedient, sehr sauberer Gastraum. Toilettenbenutzung kostet 0,50 €, die man im Restaurant oder dem dazu gehörigen Shop mit dem erhaltenen Ticket einlösen kann.
We only took a short coffee break here, but studied the menu, the range is good and the prices are moderate. There is friendly service here, very clean dining room. Use of the toilet costs € 0.50, which you can redeem in the restaurant or the associated shop with the ticket you received.
