★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wir sind gestern über den Brenner gefahren. Vor Sterzing standen wir in einem Stau von 14 km Länge. Grund für den Stau: jedes Fahrzeug muss ein Ticket ziehen um später die Maut zu bezahlen. Dafür einen Stau in dieser Dimension zu veursachen ist unverantwortlich.
we drove over the burner yesterday. Before Sterzing we stood in a traffic jam of 14 km length. Reason for the traffic jam: every vehicle has to take a ticket in order to pay the toll later. To cause a traffic jam in this dimension is irresponsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut grauenhaft... Nicht besetzt, man diskutiert also mit einem Automaten. Dann bekommt man die Ansage: bitte bezahlen sie (10,50) mit ... Münzen ...
Der Münzschlitz war aber zugeklebt mit der Mitteilung "keine Münzen einwerfen"... Als ich nun mit einem grosse Schein bezahlen musste bekam ich auch noch das gesamte Rückgeld in kleinsten Münzen zurück. Das ist eine absolute Frechheit! Der eine Stern ist dafür, dass ich überhaupt Rückgeld bekommen habe!
Absolutely horrible ... Not occupied, so you argue with a machine. Then you get the announcement: please pay (10.50) with ... coins ...
The coin slot was taped shut with the message "do not insert any coins" ... When I now had to pay with a large note, I got all the change back in the smallest of coins. That is an absolute cheek! One star is for getting change at all!
