★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behaupten, dass sie die Ware versandt haben, schicken aber keine Paketnummer. Auf Nachfrage gibt es entweder gar keine oder eine pampige Antwort und so oder so keine Paketnummer.
Wenn man dann den Auftrag widerruft schicken sie das Geld nicht vollständig zurück (in meinem Fall fehlten 2,50 Euro).
Claim that they shipped the goods, but do not send a package number. On request there is either no answer at all or a pampy answer and either way no package number.
If you then cancel the order, they will not send the money back completely (in my case, 2.50 euros were missing).
