F	Fabian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Bootstour auf der Ziller. Die Guides haben sich wunderbar um Erwachsene und Kinder gekümmert. Die gebotene Ausrüstung hatte einen guten Zustand. Preis und Leistung stehen in einem guten Verhältnis. Tiptop. :) We had a very nice boat tour on the Ziller. The guides looked after adults and children wonderfully. The equipment on offer was in good condition. Price and performance are in a good relationship. Great. :)
F	Felix Franke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es fing erst einmal an, dass man 4 bis 5 mal telefonieren musste, weil Toni keine Reservierungen entgegen nehmen kann und Tanja schwieriger zu erreichen ist... Dann sowohl 3 Tandemflüge für einen Samstagvormittag im September als auch Rafting für 4 Personen an einem Montagvormittag im September gebucht. Samstagmorgen kurze, knappe SMS erhalten, dass Tandem nicht stattfindet. Ohne Freundlichkeit, Entgegenkommen mit Alternativterminen oder sonstigem. Absender war der Simon. Sind spontan auf die Flugschule Zillertal umgestiegen, die den ganzen Tag bei herrlichem Sonnenschein geflogen ist. Gott sei Dank haben die noch 3 Plätze freigemacht für uns am Nachmittag (Lob!). Sonntagnachmittag rief Tanja an, dass das Rafting nicht stattfinden kann, da keine 2 zusätzlichen Personen gefunden wurden und das Rafting nur zu 6. stattfinden kann. Und es ja auch kein gutes Wetter angesagt wäre für den nächsten Tag, was stimmte, uns aber nicht vom Rafting abhielt. Hätten wir das mit den 6 Personen im Voraus gewusst, hätten wir uns gar nicht erst bei diesem Anbieter entschieden zu buchen. 2 große Enttäuschungen in einem Urlaub, der eher Spaß bringen sollte, als guter Service. Das nächste Mal wenden wir uns an den Action Club Zillertal oder alternative Anbieter. Ein Stern ist gut gemeint, auch weil 0 Sterne nicht möglich sind anzugeben. Kurz gesagt: ein Totalausfall! It started once that you had to call 4 to 5 times, because Toni can not accept reservations and Tanja is more difficult to reach ... Then both 3 tandem flights for a Saturday morning in September and rafting for 4 people on a Monday morning in the September booked. Saturday morning get short, terse SMS that tandem does not take place. Without friendliness, accommodation with alternative dates or otherwise. The sender was Simon. Spontaneously switched to the flight school Zillertal, which flew all day in glorious sunshine. Thankfully the 3 places left free for us in the afternoon (praise!). Sunday afternoon Tanja called that the rafting can not take place because no 2 additional persons were found and the rafting can only take place to 6th. And it was not good weather for the next day, which was true, but did not stop us from rafting. Had we known that with the 6 people in advance, we would not have decided to book with this provider. 2 big disappointments on a vacation that should be fun rather than good service. Next time we turn to the Action Club Zillertal or alternative providers. A star is well meant, also because 0 stars are not possible to specify. In short: a total failure!
G	Grit Knäbe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Beratung per Mail und am Telefon mit Katja. Wir waren beim Canyoning und es war Abenteuer pure. Herrlich. Auch für Angsthasen sehr gut geeignet…… Viel Spaß! Great advice by email and on the phone with Katja. We went canyoning and it was pure adventure. Splendid. Also very suitable for fearful rabbits ... Have fun!

An dieser Stelle auch nochmal Danke an Simon, der als Pilot einen klasse Job gemacht hat und mir meine Angst voll und ganz nehmen konnte :) Die Aussicht war unbeschreiblich! The Zillertal Active Center is great! I can only warmly recommend rafting and paragliding. At this point, thanks again to Simon, who did a great job as a pilot and was able to completely take my fear away :) The view was indescribable!
A	Alexander Klopotnoj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mit Tanja haben wir vorab für einen Männerausflug mehrere Aktivitäten geplant. Am Freitag haben wir das Power-Rafting zum Einstieg des Tages gemacht. Es hat als Gruppenerlebnis unglaublich viel Spaß gemacht! Anschließend haben wir uns in zwei Gruppen unterteilt. Die eine Hälfte hat das Stand-Up-Paddeln und die andere Hälfte den Riverbug gemacht. Abschließend kam die Monsterroller-Tour. Am Samstag haben wir dann mit 6 Leuten das Paragleiten gemacht. Besonderen Dank gilt an alle Guides. Jeder Guide ist auf seine eigene Art und Weise richtig locker und cool. Es hat unsere Erwartungen definitiv übertroffen, obwohl wir schon hohe Erwartungen hatten. Klare Weiterempfehlung! We have planned several activities with Tanja in advance for a men's outing. On Friday we did power rafting to start the day. It was a lot of fun as a group experience! Then we divided ourselves into two groups. Half did stand-up paddling and the other half did the riverbug. Finally came the monster scooter tour. On Saturday we did paragliding with 6 people. Special thanks go to all guides. Each guide is really relaxed and cool in their own way. It definitely exceeded our expectations, even though we already had high expectations. Clear recommendation!

P	Pien van der Vlist on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het raften was heel erg leuk!! Bij aankomst kregen wij volledige outfit voor het raften. Nadat wij instructies hadden gehad , werden we met taxibus naar beginpunt gebracht. Ondanks dat het vorige week behoorlijk geregend had en het water best wild was , kregen wij geen een keer het idee dat het gevaarlijk was. Echt een ideale gezins raft!! Heel fijn ook dat er een Nederlandse instructeur was, Jeroen. Met geduld en gevoel voor humor maakte hij het voor ons een super beleving!! The rafting was a lot of fun!! On arrival we were given full outfit for the rafting. After we had received instructions, we were taken to the starting point by taxi bus. Despite the fact that it had rained quite a bit last week and the water was quite wild, we never got the idea that it was dangerous. Really an ideal family raft!! It was also very nice that there was a Dutch instructor, Jeroen. With patience and a sense of humor he made it a great experience for us!!
