Called several times and no one answered, then wrote an email and got no answer after 10 days ... to forget !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diese Firma ist eine absolute Frechheit. Viermal für eine Terminvereinbarung angerufen, nie eine Rückmeldung. Dann endlich nach Wochen einen Termin bekommen, und an dem Termin ist einfach niemand aufgetaucht. Telefonisch war niemand erreichbar.
This company is an absolute cheek. Called four times to make an appointment, never a response. Then finally got an appointment after weeks, and no one showed up at that appointment. Nobody could be reached by phone.

Unfortunately, I can only agree, but the company obviously doesn't care about the bad recessions. 3. Appointment made, no one comes, no one can be reached!
