Ich fahr nur noch zu dieser Apotheke da fühl ich mich gut verstanden. Best pharmacy so nice and so dear people. Tried very well knows very well and is not afraid to look into the PC. Mit Kunden geht man anders um und mich sieht diese Apotheke nie wieder. To me, just because a complaint is uncomfortable, to bang the money on the counter and turn around without a word, is absolutely not polite. You treat customers differently and this pharmacy will never see me again.
L	L. M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stecken das Telefon einfach ab und sind den ganzen Tag telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Corona-Teststäbchen berühren manchmal nicht mal den Rachen. Regelmäßig bekommt man kein Ergebnis zugesandt. Kann dann aber nicht mal anrufen und nachfragen, weil Telefon abgesteckt. Teilweise sehr unfreundlich und genervt von Kunden. Just unplug the phone and you can't be reached by phone all day. Corona test sticks sometimes don't even touch the throat. You don't usually get a result. But then I can't even call and ask because the phone is unplugged. Sometimes very rude and annoyed by customers.
K	Karin Teufel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sehr unfreundlich die Chefin Wir lassen uns sicher nicht anschreien nur weil wir ein kurz vor knapp ablaufendes Schmerzmittel ungeöffnet umtauschen wollen ,welches nur selten benutzt wird.Obwohl es telefonisch ausgemacht war und ich eine 10 km weite Anreise quer durch Wien hatte.Ein Umtausch innerhalb von 7 Tagen wurde mündlich gewährt und plötzlich mit erzürnter Gegenwehr abgewiesen Unfortunately very rude the boss We certainly won't let ourselves be yelled at just because we want to exchange an unopened painkiller that is about to expire, which is only rarely used.
