Die Abwechslung zwischen Baston (Fillipinisch für "Stock"), Waffenlos , Messer, flexiblen Waffen (Handtuch, Gürtel, Pullover, etc...) und Alltagsgegenständen (Feuerzeug, Schlüssel, Kugelschreiber, etc...) ist fordernd und macht richtig Spass! Als begeisterter Sportler (Judo, Klettern und FMA) kann ich es nur weiterempfehlen!
One of the best ways to train fitness, self-defense and coordination. The change between baston (Filipino for "stick"), unarmed, knife, flexible weapons (towel, belt, sweater, etc ...) and everyday objects (lighter, key, pen, etc ...) is demanding and really fun ! As an enthusiastic athlete (judo, climbing and FMA) I can only recommend it!

EinsteigerInnen bis langjährig aktive KampfkünstlerInnen können ihr Training absolvieren und neue Erfahrungen und Fähigkeiten erlernen. Die Trainer Joachim und Annegret sind ein exzellent eingespieltes Team das mit Sympathie und Können punktet! Ich kann eine klare Empfehlung abgeben. Es lohnt sich auf alle Fälle vorbeizuschauen und ein Probetraining zu absolvieren!
Competent, professionally trained trainers! Suitable for all ages and skill levels. Martial artists who are beginners or who have been active for many years can complete their training and learn new experiences and skills. The coaches Joachim and Annegret are an excellent team that scores with sympathy and ability! I can make a clear recommendation. It is definitely worth stopping by and doing a trial training session!
