★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Apotheke hatte bereits seit wenigen Minuten geschlossen. Das Personal war jedoch noch zu Gange. Ich hatte höflich geklopft, in der Hoffnung noch Hilfe zu erhalten (starke Rückenschmerzen). Ich wurde zuerst mit einer sehr respektlosen Geste abgewiesen und nach nochmaligem Hilfsgesuch unfreundlich weggeschickt. So etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Hätte es denn wirklich soviel Mühe bereitet, kurz ein paar Schmerzmittel auszuhändigen? Falls ja, hätte ich mir in meiner Lage zumindest gewünscht, wenigstens freundlich abgewiesen zu werden.
 The pharmacy had already closed a few minutes. However, the staff was still underway. I knocked politely, hoping to get help (severe back pain). At first I was turned away with a very disrespectful gesture and after another request for help I was sent away in an unfriendly manner. I have never experienced anything like it. Would it really have been so hard to hand over a few painkillers for a moment? If so, in my situation I would at least have wished to have at least been politely turned away.
