Schon 20 min. nach meinem Notruf beim ARBÖ kam der Pannenhelfer, stellte kompetent einen nicht sofort zu reparierenden Schaden fest und schleppte unser Auto zu einer nicht mehr geöffneten Opelwerkstätte. Dann fuhr er mit mir nach einem für ihn schon langen Arbeitstag zum ARBÖ Zentrum und stellte mir noch einen Leihwagen zur Verfügung. Unser Venedigaufenthalt war dadurch gerettet. Heute früh konnten wir unseren zwischenzeitlich reparierten Wagen abholen und das Leihauto zurück geben. Überrraschung! Dank unserem ARBÖ Sicherheitspass waren die Kosten für das Leihauto gedeckt! Liebe Villacher ARBÖ-MitarbeiterInnen: Herzlichen Dank, ihr habt uns perfekt geholfen! The evening before yesterday our car broke down a few hours before our onward journey to Venice. Just 20 minutes after my emergency call to the ARBÖ, the breakdown assistant came, competently determined a damage that could not be repaired immediately and dragged our car to an Opel workshop that was no longer open. Then he drove with me to the ARBÖ center after a long working day for him and provided me with a rental car. Our stay in Venice was saved. This morning we were able to pick up our meanwhile repaired car and return the rental car. Surprise! Thanks to our ARBÖ security pass, the costs for the rental car were covered! Dear Villacher ARBÖ employees: Thank you very much, you helped us perfectly!

S	Silvia Münzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wahnsinn was diese Leute leisten! Hätte mich v. Auto ausgesperrt. Schlüssel im Kofferraum u. Reserveschlüssel auch im Auto.. Wohnungsschlüssl ect.. Alles im versperren Auto.. Der Mitarbeiter v. Arbö war nach kurzer Keit vor Ort u. Hat dort wirklich alles erdenklich mögliche versucht mir zu helfen... Nach vielen Versuchen u. Dank seiner Geduld hatten wir das Auto offen.. Bin ihm unendlich dankbar für seine Leistung u. Geduld... Einfach WAHNSINN Amazing what these people do! had me v car locked. Keys in the trunk and spare keys in the car.. apartment key ect.. Everything in the car lock. Arbö was on site after a short time and tried everything possible to help me there... After many attempts and thanks to his patience, we had the car open... I am infinitely grateful to him for his performance and patience... Awesome
