N	Natalie Pollmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Während der Fahrt auf der Autobahn, hat auf einmal die Beschleunigung bei meinem Auto nicht mehr funktioniert. Bin dann um 11:45 hingefahren und wurde von den Mitarbeitern nett, freundlich und kompetent beraten und die Fehlermeldung vom System ausgelesen. Mir wurde dann versichert, dass ich ohne Probleme in die nächste Fachwerkstatt fahren kann. Ich hatte keine Mitgliedschaft. Statt für die Arbeitszeit zu bezahlen, habe ich eine Mitgliedschaft abgeschlossen. Es hat dann doch etwas länger gedauert, aber die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und geduldig obwohl sie bereits Wochenende gehabt hätten. Top! Weiter so! While driving on the highway, suddenly the acceleration of my car stopped working. I went there at 11:45 and was the staff nice, friendly and competent advice and the error message from the system. I was then assured that I can drive to the next workshop without any problems. I had no membership. Instead of paying for working hours, I have completed a membership. It took a little longer, but the staff were friendly and patient even though they had already had a weekend. Top! Keep it up!

H	Hek Partner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servus eventuell könntet Ihr Eure Waschanlage mal um eine Bürste aufrüsten. Ohne Bürste ist es unmöglich ein Auto sauber zu bekommen. Zudem läuft Euer Zähler in der Waschanlage extrem schnell ab. Mit 2 Euro schafft man es gerade mal so das Auto einmal rundherum abzuspritzen - vom "Reinigen" reden wir da noch lange nicht. So wie es jetzt ist, lege ich ehrlich gesagt lieber nochmal ein paar Euro drauf und fahr in die automatische Anlage bei der JET Tankstelle gleich nebenan. Hello maybe you could upgrade your car wash with a brush. It is impossible to get a car clean without a brush. In addition, your counter in the car wash runs extremely quickly. With 2 euros you can barely spray the car all around - we're not talking about "cleaning" for a long time. As it is now, I honestly prefer to add a few more euros and drive into the automatic system at the JET gas station right next door.
U	Ulrike Wonofsky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute einen sehr unfreundlichen Arbö Mitarbeiter bekommen bei meiner Pannenhilfe....War voll enttäuscht....sehr abwertend,nur weil ich die Dienste des ARBÖ 's seit 2 Monate brauche!!!,Kündige ...und werde zu ÖAMTC wechseln ab 2022!!!Angeblich günstiger und sehr nett und immer da wenn ,man sie braucht!!! WILL KEINE 2 STUNDEN MEHR WARTEN BEI EINER PANNE!!!Bei einem Jahresbetrag von 135 € !!! Today I got a very unfriendly Arbö employee at my breakdown service .... Was completely disappointed .... very disparaging, just because I have been using the ARBÖ's services for 2 months !!!, quit ... and will switch to ÖAMTC from 2022 !!! Supposedly cheaper and very nice and always there when you need them! DOESN'T WANT TO WAIT 2 HOURS MORE IN THE EVENT OF A FLAT !!! With an annual amount of 135 € !!!
