Very rude lady on the telephone refused to give me an appointment and claimed I spoke German well, so she could explain me everything over the phone. And then made fun of me trying to ask her what I needed to know, and said 'It's been 16 minutes in this call and I didn't understand yet what it is that you want'. Unbelievable.
