Nur selten trifft man auf so kompetente und noch dazu freundliche Menschen. Die Anlage wurde professionell repariert und er hat mir auch tolle Tipps gegeben. Vielen Dank für dieses tolle Service an meinem Ökofen Pelletsoffen. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass der Ofen in den ganzen 16 Jahren bisher noch nicht so gut gelaufen ist. Die Rechnung hält sich für meinen Geschmack im Verhältnis zur gebotenen Leistung und den vielen neuen Teilen auch in Grenzen. Vielen Dank!!
