Einziges Manko ist, dass es locker einen Monat dauern kann bis man einen Termin bekommt. Trotzdem sind 5 Sterne mehr als fair. The staff are friendly and competent. At today's lawyer fees, you can really be glad that there is the Chamber of Labor. The only drawback is that it can easily take a month to get an appointment. Nevertheless, 5 stars are more than fair.

M	Marie merry mary 666 Rienesl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ war gestern wieder mal bei der AK Wien, diesmal Wagramer Straße ..das letzte mal ist nun ~ 4 Jahre her, damals war ich aber in Floridsdorf. der Mitarbeiter war eher still, also überhaupt nicht gesprächig, hat jedoch zugehört, paar Fragen gestellt u sich Notizen gemacht. ich hatte das Gefühl, daß er noch nicht lange dabei ist bzw etwas unsicher ist, weil er meinen Fall (ungerechtfertigte fristlose Kündigung) noch besprechen musste u kaum mit mir gesprochen hatte er hat dann wortlos begonnen einen Brief zu schreiben, ohne mich zu informieren, was er jetzt gedenkt zu tun od wie er mir helfen kann. naja, ich hab dann gefragt, wie's jetzt weiter geht, daraufhin hat er mich endlich aufgeklärt.. Fazit: 2 A4 Seiten Brief mit allen Geldforderungen unter Fristsetzung 2 Wochen. leider mit paar kl Schreib Fehler, was auch mein Fehler war, weil ich erst zu Hause genau kontrolliert habe. diesen schicke ich nun per Einschreiben an meinen Ex Chef u hoffe er kommt dem nach, ohne weitere Schwierigkeiten od eine Verhandlung zu provozieren! alles in allem 1,5 Std dort gewesen u zufrieden wieder weg gegangen. nun heißt es abwarten für mich. was yesterday again at the Vienna AK, this time at Wagramer Strasse .. the last time was ~ 4 years ago, but then I was in Floridsdorf. The employee was rather quiet, so not at all talkative, but listened, asked a few questions and took notes. I had the feeling that he hadn't been around for long or was a bit unsure because he still had to discuss my case (unjustified termination without notice) and had hardly spoken to me He then started to write a letter without saying a word, without informing me what he is going to do now or how he can help me. well, I then asked how things are going now, then he finally explained to me .. Conclusion: 2 A4 pages letter with all monetary claims with a deadline of 2 weeks. unfortunately with a few small writing errors, which was also my mistake, because I only checked carefully at home. I am now sending this to my ex-boss by registered mail and I hope he will comply without further difficulties or provoking a negotiation! All in all 1.5 hours there and gone away satisfied. now it's time to wait for me.
