★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seitens GLS wurde in diesem Shop ein Paket für mich hinterlegt. Als ich dieses abholen wollte, wurde es zunächst aber nicht gefunden, weshalb ich natürlich erstmals verärgert war. Mehrere Anfragen an GLS blieben zunächst mal unbeantwortet. Wie sich im Nachhinein herausstellte, wurde von GLS die von mir hinterlegte "Ersatzabgabeadresse" meiner Nachbarin auf dem Paket komplett geändert, mein Name schien gar nicht mehr auf. Auf der Benachrichtigung von GLS, wonach mein Paket in dem Shop zur Abholung bereit liegt, stand allerdings dann wieder MEIN Name! Man muss schon ein Hellseher sein etwas zu finden, dass auf einen anderen Namen adressiert ist, als in der Abholbenachrichtigung angegeben. Jedenfalls war der nette Herr in dem Shop sehr bemüht, mein Paket zu finden, obwohl er anfangs auch ratlos war, zumal das Paket bei ihm auch nicht eingescannt war. Über die Reaktion seitens GLS bin ich jedoch sehr enttäuscht! Ein kurzer, lapidarer Satz "man bedauere die Unannehmlichkeiten", um dann sofort zu betonen, dass ja schliesslich ICH die Änderung des Empfängers vorgenommen hätte! NEIN! Ich wusste nicht, dass GLS mich als Empfänger komplett entfernt und sodann NUR noch meine Nachbarin auf dem Paket aufscheint! Aber: die Abholinfo dann wiederum auf MEINEN Namen lautet. Mein Rat an GLS: auch mal die Grösse haben und zuzugeben, dass Fehler passiert sind, und nicht wie hier die Schuld an alle anderen umzuwälzen.
Den Betreiber des Abholshops kann ich bestens weiter empfehlen, ihm tat das auch wirklich sehr leid, obwohl er ja absolut nichts dafür konnte! Trotzdem entschuldigte er sich bei mir, was ich ihm hoch anrechne! Nochmals DANKE an den Applestore für die Bemühungen!!!
GLS deposited a package for me in this shop. When I wanted to pick it up, it was initially not found, which is why I was annoyed for the first time. Several inquiries to GLS initially went unanswered. As it turned out in retrospect, GLS completely changed my neighbor's "replacement delivery address" on the package, my name no longer appeared. However, on the notification from GLS that my package was ready to be picked up in the shop, it said MY name again! You have to be a clairvoyant to find something that is addressed to a different name than stated in the pick-up notification. In any case, the nice gentleman in the shop tried very hard to find my package, although at first he was also at a loss, especially since the package was not scanned in with him. However, I am very disappointed with the reaction from GLS! A short, succinct sentence "I regret the inconvenience" to then immediately emphasize that I would have made the change to the recipient! NO! I didn't know that GLS would completely remove me as the recipient and that ONLY my neighbor would appear on the package! But: the pick-up info is then again in MY name. My advice to GLS: have the size and admit that mistakes have happened and not, as here, shift the blame on everyone else.
I can highly recommend the operator of the pick-up shop, he was really sorry about it, although he couldn't help it! Nevertheless, he apologized to me, which I give him credit for! Thanks again to the Apple Store for their efforts!
