Unterkunft war sehr sauber und auch sonst war alles vorhanden. Kleines Starterpaket mit Geschirrspültaps, Müllbeutel und Shampoo gab es auch! Waschmaschine und Trockner sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Im unteren Bereich der Anlage gibt es sogar eine Sauna. Und jedes Appartement hatte seinen eigenen Parkplatz. Die Zentrale Lage ist außergewöhnlich gut! Man ist schnell in Zell am See oder Kaprun. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in der unmittelbaren Nähe! Bahnhof und Supermarkt mit Bäcker sind in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. We had a very nice and ultra-modern furnished apartment with a beautiful terrace. Plus great views of the mountains! Accommodation was very clean and everything else was available. There was also a small starter package with dishwasher tabs, garbage bags and shampoo! Washer and dryer are also available. There is even a sauna in the lower area of the facility. And each apartment had its own parking space. The central location is exceptionally good! It's quick to get to Zell am See or Kaprun. All sights are in the immediate vicinity! Train station and supermarket with bakery can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot.
A	Alex Jung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatten eine Ferienwohnung für 5 Personen gebucht. Hatten leider einen Corona Fall in unserer Gruppe konnten dann leider nur zu 4. fahren und mit einer anderen Person. Damit gab es überhaupt keine Probleme. Leider hatte unsere Wohnung einen Wasserschaden ca. 2 Stunden bevor wir ankamen. Der Vermieter hat sich schnell und zuverlässig um eine gleichwertige Ferienwohnung gekümmert. Die Differenz, die sich durch die andere Wohnung ergab hat der Vermieter ohne Probleme übernommen. Leider konnten wir die Wohnung nicht benutzen, aber der Vermieter war sehr kooperativ und nett! Had booked an apartment for 5 people. Unfortunately, if we had a Corona case in our group, we could only go with 4 people and one other person. There were no problems with that at all. Unfortunately our apartment had water damage about 2 hours before we arrived. The landlord quickly and reliably took care of an equivalent holiday apartment. The landlord took over the difference that resulted from the other apartment without any problems. Unfortunately we couldn't use the apartment, but the landlord was very cooperative and nice!

Big TVs in every room, very good stable internet. Rain showers in bathrooms are also a plus. Everything worked, there is a sauna available in the facility (I recommend it after a day of skiing), a playroom with table football, darts and a ping-pong table. A very large room for ski / snowboard equipment with a drying room. Close to everything (shops, ski bus, train station). A large number of parking spaces.
