Ogni appartamento dispone di posto auto coperto, cantinola per gli sci e un poggiolo. Si tratta di bilocali ad uso turistico con quattro posti letto e cucina. Sono sui cinquanta metri quadri e completamente arredati con televisione via cavo con canali anche in italiano
