Z	Zeev Bennet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ הגענו משפחה של 6 נפשות בחודש יולי. הדירות יפיפיות, מאובזרות היטב, המיקום מעולה שכן קרוב לאטרקציות בחבל זלצבורג במקום יחסית מבודד אבל עדיין על הכבישים הטובים. נוף מהמם מהדירה (קו אחרון לשדות והרים). יש ציוד הקפי רב לשימוש הדיירים (מנגל, ערסל, טרמפולינה, שולחן פינגפונג ועוד) גרי בחור מקסים שעוזר בכל. ששמע שאנחנו רוצים לקנות זלצבורגכארד הודיע לנו שהוא יקנה לנו. נתן לנו כרטיסי הנחה לפעילויות. מספק בבוקר לחם טרי וכו - הכל במחירי עלות! כיוון שאנחנו דתיים אזי היה לנו צורך בעוד מקפיא גם כאן גרי שיתף פעולה וכן לכל בעיות השבת והכשרות. בקיצור מקום מדהים עם שרות לא מהעולם הזה... We arrived with a family of 6 in July. The apartments are beautiful, well equipped, the location is excellent as it is close to the attractions in the Salzburg region in a relatively secluded place but still on the good roads. Stunning views from the apartment (last line to fields and mountains). There is a lot of peripheral equipment for the use of the tenants (BBQ, hammock, trampoline, ping pong table and more) Gary is a lovely guy who helps with everything. Who heard that we wanted to buy a Salzburgcard informed us that he would buy it for us. Gave us discount tickets for activities. Provides fresh bread in the morning, etc. - all at cost prices! Since we are religious then we had a need while in the freezer here too Gary cooperated as well as for all the Shabbat issues and trainings. In short, an amazing place with out-of-this-world service ...
S	Sabrina Born on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte im Mai 2018 eine Buchungsanfrage an Herrn Gretzel geschickt und habe im Juni 2018 eine entsprechende Reservierungsbestätigung erhalten. Laut Herrn Gretzel sollte das Appartement bis zwei Monate vor Anreise für uns geblockt werden. Im Anschluss habe ich noch mehrere Emails an Herrn Gretzel geschickt, mit der Bitte um eine Buchungsbestätigung und dem Wunsch eine Anzahlung zu leisten. Auf keine meiner Nachrichten habe ich eine Antwort erhalten und konnte auch niemanden telefonisch erreichen. Heute, am 21.09.2018 erreichte ich Herrn Gretzel endlich telefonisch. In diesem Telefonat wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass er die Buchungsplanung für das Appartementhaus an eine Reiseagentur abgegeben hat und meine Reservierung keinen Bestand mehr hat. Ich bin mehr als enttäuscht und finde es außerordentlich unprofessionell sich als Vermieter nicht zu melden und alle Emailanfragen zu ignorieren. Ich wäre gerne bereit gewesen die Buchung erneut über die Reiseagentur zu tätigen, wenn mir diese Option mitgeteilt worden wäre. Abschließend würde ich nicht empfehlen eine Ferienwohnung im Appartementhaus Gretzel zu buchen. I had sent a booking request to Mr Gretzel in May 2018 and received a corresponding reservation confirmation in June 2018. According to Mr. Gretzel, the apartment should be blocked for us up to two months before arrival. Afterwards I sent several emails to Mr. Gretzel, asking for a booking confirmation and the request to make a deposit. I have not received any replies to any of my messages, nor have I been able to reach anyone by phone. Today, on 09/21/2018, I finally reached Mr Gretzel by phone. In this phone call I was informed that he had given the booking planning for the apartment house to a travel agency and that my reservation was no longer valid. I am more than disappointed and find it extremely unprofessional as a landlord not to report and to ignore all email inquiries. I would have been happy to make the booking again through the travel agency if I had been given this option. Finally, I would not recommend booking a holiday apartment in the Gretzel apartment house.
