Appartementhaus Bergers

Habe noch nie einen so unfreundlichen "Gastgeber" erlebt. Kurz: Er ist der Inbegriff eines Cholerikers. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

Attention les hôtes ne parlent pas anglais. Sinon endroit très propre, appartement très agréable. Le vis-à-vis avec l'hôtel est assez dérangeant.

Nie polecam. Bardzo nieprzyjemny i opryskliwy właściciel. Komunikacja jest bardzo utrudniona, gdyz nie mówi po angielsku. Zdecydowanie odradzam pobyt w Bergerhus. Jedynym plusem jest dobra lokalizacja, bardzo blisko tras narciarskich.

Das Hotel ist komfortabel und gemütlich. Großartige Lage. Unglaublich schöne Aussicht auf die Berge aus dem Fenster. Gute Gastgeber. Rein. Wenn wir nach Sölden fahren, nur in Berger’s.

Habe die Rezensionen leider erst nach Ankunft gelesen. Wir waren gerade zur Tür rein und wurden angeschrien, dass ja um 2200 Ruhe sei (es war 2010 und wir waren noch nicht fertig mit Schuhe ausziehen). Direkt danach wurde sich sehr lautstark beschwert, dass eine Begrüßung mit Bier in der Hand ja ein absolutes No-Go sei (wir haben auf erfolgreiche 1200 km Anfahrt angestoßen). Würde nicht machen.

Host is terrible. Will only talk germany and is very unpolite. During our one week stay, the owner came three times rushing into our appartment during early evening (8-9pm), shouting about us talking too much.

We traveled 1500 km from the UK to be met by a non speaking rude owner of the property. The owner banged on our room door less than ten minutes after we arrived demanding the cleaning tax and tourist tax. To our amazement the owner was telling us we had to pay the tourist tax for two children under 16 years old. We visit Solden every year and my wife explained in German that the tourist tax only applies to people of 16 years and older. The owner starting arguing with my wife demanding we pay the tax for the children, after some time he reluctantly accepted we was not going to pay. We filled in the guest card and asked the owner for a copy which we are entitled to by Austrian law, the owner refused to give us a copy and would not explain why. We spoke to a lovely German family who was stooping in the apartment opposite and they too confirmed that the owner tried to charge them tourist tax for the children but changed his mind. The owner is a common thief who is trying to make money out of unsuspecting tourists.We have reported the owner to the local authority who are looking into his fraudulent activities. The property is also very basic with old beds which squeak every time you move and radiators which are Lukewarm. Please avoid at all costs unless you want confrontation with the owner when he tries to charge for extra fees which are against Austrian law.
