Great rooms, open and big enough. Would be nice to have a coffee machine or water heater in the room. Meals are diverse and generally delicious.

SUPERB SERVICE??? Lovely little contemporary hotel with spectacular views, terrific spa and beautiful spacious rooms. However, breakfast closes too early, especially for a holiday destination where guests want to sleep late but cannot because u have to wake up early to make it to breakfast before it is cleared. Also quite noisy as it is off the main road so plenty of recreational racket into the night, and the hotel is sandwiched tightly between surrounding buildings so no privacy as bedrooms are directly looked into.

Excellent service, quality throughout, for example they remember all your allergies and accommodate you to the fullest. Each employee will help out, rooms are extremely clean, wellness is breathtaking and a feel of quality throughout. There is a sport shop in the basement which makes leaving your ski

We've just got back from a weeks stay here, and I have to say, its one of the best ski hotels I've stayed in. The welcome was lovely, with a glass of fizz. The reception area is lovely and modern, and the staff were very polite. Our room was great - 305, views into the town of solden and a balcony. Comfortable, nice bed, not too hot. It would have been nice to have some tea/coffee facilities in the room, but certainly not a big deal for us. Plenty of storage. would have also been nice to have somewhere we could stream music. The bathroom, did however have music. The whole hotel is spotless. Food - The food was excellent, great selection for breakfast, and the evening meals were lovely. Meat and vegetarian choices for the main menu. We have a fussy eater in the group, he was happy with a Steak and chips substitute most nights! One thing I really like was having your own table for the week, saves a a lot of hassle. Although all the staff were great, there were. a few stand outs. Ferenc was our waiter for the week, lovely guy, funny and very attentive. Saskia was also very good. Vera in the bar, with Lili, also great. We also met the owners a few times, which was a really nice touch, they came to our table and chatted for a few minutes, to check everything was ok. All in all a very difficult hotel to fault, and I'd return in a heartbeat. Thanks Bergland.

Went here with the kid because I wanted to chill at a SPA close by to where we were staying. It was great every time we visited! Good pool, sauna and outside jacuzzi! A plus is the parking lot if you have a car. Will definitely come back!

Great experience and great hotel. People here are wonderful, are all very welcoming and they know how to make you feel well. I would reccomend it to anyone.

The hotel is far overvalued. Location is great, Facilities are good , food is average but value for money is not good.

Noisy neighborhood, no care about the customer complaint, unworthy of 5 star hotel At begin it seemed a perfect vacation till 3 - 4 men moved in the next room. It was a little bit bigger standard double room. They had fun, talking, laughing, crying loudly. Unfortunately the noise went through the wall and we could heard it. We felt very disturbed. I could even take the noise with an audio record app. Normally the app is built in that way to suppression such noise. We complained to the reception about the noise two times. At the second time we were told the guest checked out on the day. So we would get the calmness back. 

In deed we got the calmness, but only for one day. At next day another group men moved in. They laughed, cried, talked… The reception told us they don’t have such complaint very oft. I believed them. But we are very upset as the 2nd group men moved in the next room in spite of my complaint about the noise. To be fair, the room is equipped very modernly, the food was very delicious and the waitress in restaurant are very nice. But it is essential for a 5 star hotel, the guest shall not feel disturbed in their own room by another guest. And the guest complaint shall be considered seriously. In total it was not a 5 star hotel.
