O	O W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moderne Unterkunft mit ein paar Schönheitsfehlern. Wir waren für ein paar Tage im Appartement Nr.1. Der Zustand des Appartements ist sehr gut, nahezu neuwertig. Auch der Stil der Einrichtung ist modern. Ein wesentlicher Nachteil des Zimmers ist jedoch, dass es lediglich über ein Fenster verfügt, welches dazu noch im EG an einen Fußweg angrenzt. Dadurch hat man bei geöffnetem Fenster unangenehme Geräusche, speziell auch Nachts. Positiv: Waschmaschine und Trockner können ohne Zusatzkosten genutzt werden. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers incl Geschirrspüler und Tabs sowie notwendigen Besteck ist sehr gut. Sehr angetan waren wir von der Sommer-Karte mit der zahlreiche Aktivitäten ohne Mehrpreis genutzt werden können. Negativ ist noch aufgefallen, dass der Bewegungsmelder im Flur nicht funktioniert. Da der Flur ohne Licht quasi dunkel ist empfanden wir dies als sehr störend. Modern accommodation with a few flaws. We stayed in apartment number 1 for a couple of days. The condition of the apartment is very good, almost new. The style of the furnishings is also modern. A major disadvantage of the room, however, is that it only has one window, which is also adjacent to a footpath on the ground floor. This leads to unpleasant noises when the window is open, especially at night. Positive: the washing machine and dryer can be used at no additional cost. The equipment of the room including dishwasher and tabs as well as necessary cutlery is very good. We were very impressed by the summer card with which numerous activities can be used at no extra charge. Another negative thing I noticed was that the motion detector in the hallway didn't work. Since the hallway is almost dark without light, we found this to be very annoying.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommen und das Check In ist schnell abgewickelt und unkompliziert. Das Haus selbst liegt im Zentrum der Stadt und obwohl es mitten in der Stadt ist, ist es auch sehr ruhig am Abend. Die Zimmer sind modern, sauber und mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet. Großes Lob an die Gastgeber ! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! This year we were already in the apartment house Aurum for the second time because it was just so beautiful there! The hosts are very courteous and check-in is quick and uncomplicated. The house itself is in the center of town and although it is in the middle of town it is also very quiet in the evening. The rooms are modern, clean and equipped with everything you need. Big compliments to the hosts! We will be back definitely!

Das Appartement war sehr modern eingerichtet und ist sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem mitten in Zell am See. Das Auto konnte in einer Tiefgarage abgestellt werden. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit der bereitgestellten Sommerkarte von Zell am See konnten viele Seilbahnen kostenlos genutzt werden. We spent 10 nights in this great accommodation. The apartment was very modern and is very quiet and still in the middle of Zell am See. The car could be parked in an underground car park. The staff was super friendly and helpful. With the summer card provided by Zell am See, many cable cars could be used free of charge.
