T	Tanja Leiner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Räumlichkeiten sind total schön, die Einrichtung eigentlich auch, nur wie alles montiert wurde ist oft bedrohlich! Steckdosen nicht am richtigen Platz ( Badezimmer), oft nicht fertig montiert in anderen Räumen! Küche eine zerbrochene Scheibe! Im Bad / Wc kein Sichtschutz am Fenster! Handtücher die komisch riechen! Duschwanne die übergeht und dann noch ein Holzboden im Badezimmer! Und alles so schlampig montiert und gestrichen. Usw.... schade um so eine schöne Wohnung. The premises are absolutely beautiful, as is the interior, but the way everything was assembled is often threatening! Sockets not in the right place (bathroom), often not fully assembled in other rooms! Kitchen a broken pane! No privacy screen on the window in the bathroom / toilet! Towels that smell weird! Shower tray that goes over and then a wooden floor in the bathroom! And everything so sloppily assembled and painted. Etc ... what a shame about such a beautiful apartment.
M	Maurice Fuhrmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Kundenservice und die Freundlichkeit den Kunden gegenüber ist in diesem Betrieb eine absolute Katastrophe! Nachdem eine fehlerhafte Buchung über Booking.com getätigt wurde und diese innerhalb von einem halben Tag wieder storniert wurde. Wollen die Vermieter den Gesamtbetrag der Buchung komplett einbehalten! Obwohl noch 4 Monate Zeit bleiben um eine Neuvermietung zu arrangieren. In meinen Augen eine absolute Geldmacherei. Mehreren Einigungsversuchen wurde aus dem Weg gegangen oder abgeblockt. Der Fall wurde nun an einen Anwalt übergeben! Aus meiner Sicht absolut keine Empfehlung und auch für mich sehr fragwürdig ob man diesem Betrieb sein Vertrauen schenken sollte The customer service and the friendliness towards the customers is an absolute disaster in this company! After an incorrect booking was made via Booking.com and canceled within half a day. Do the landlords want to keep the total amount of the booking? Although there are still 4 months to arrange a new lease. In my opinion, an absolute money maker. Several attempts at agreement were avoided or blocked. The case has now been handed over to a lawyer! From my point of view absolutely no recommendation and also for me very questionable whether you should trust this company

Right after arrival owner immediately asked to pay in advance for our stay for 4 people despite we were just 3. She asked to freeze 300 Euro kaution (which was not in our booing conditions). We were asked to sign House rules but we have not received our copy. On Sunday morning at 9:00 am they asked immediately to leave otherwise they would keep 300 Euro of deposit. We left apartment in perfect conditions despite had to leave quickly. We had to go to the Police because we were kicked out from that place like thieves without invoice and receiving any confirmation that 300 Euros would be defrozen. Owners declared to booking that we were not guests of their house and it took a while till we received money back as well as could write review here because we were blocked.
O	Ondrej Basus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We cannot recommend staying here to anybody - actually I should rather say DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT COMING CLOSE TO THIS HOUSE! First - we were threatened over email and SMS with 100 EUR fine for late checkin later than 6PM, which is very different to warm welcome words I have always experienced in Austria. Second - we had to pay whole amount upon arrival (not standard in Austria). Third - we had to pay 500 EUR deposit (credit card block) upon arrival for potential apartment damages (very far from the Austrian standard). Fourth - we made a 10cm scratch on the house paint while parking the car out in the morning (which we admitted and wanted to settle in a reasonable way in the evening). In the evening the owner surprised us by asking for 2.000 EUR for the damage, was very rude and wanted to kick us out from the apartment. We insisted on calling up the police - they came and helped us a lot by recommending the owner to solve this by standard insurance case (the owner stayed hidden from the police in his apartment and sent his wife instead). Long story short - this was the worst accommodation experience we ever had in our lifetimes!
M	Marta Monteiro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic Apartment honestly. All the decoration, rustic and typical, the facilities. Included parking area. Beds comfortable. The only thing is the restricted check in and check out times that I don't understand since landlord lives in the same building but it is a secure and good choice for sure. Nice view from windows. Quite location
