★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind für 5 Tage über Weihnachten dort gewesen, ich wollte erst Weihnachtsdeko mitnehmen denn in Ferienwohnungen hat man dies meist nie, hier war das ganz anders. Alles vor dem Haus und in den Wohnungen war weihnachtlich und sehr geschmackvoll dekoriert so hatten wir dort eine tolle weihnachtsstimmung. Wir hatten sogar weihnachtsplätzchen auf dem Tisch stehen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es fehlte uns an nichts ! Es war alles was man braucht vor Ort. Die Betten sind gemütlich und stilvoll so wie der Rest der Wohnung. Auf dem Balkon hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick.
Ein großer Pluspunkt war auch die Infomappe ich hab selten so einen entspannten Urlaub gehabt wie dort wir konnten alles vor Ort und hatten keine Fragen .
Die Wohnung hatte sogar eine spühlmaschine und 2 Fernseher.
Das Wasser in Dusche und co hielt die Temperatur auch nach dem alle 3 duschen waren.
Es gibt sogar einen Brötchenservice
Frau Winter ist sehr freundlich zuvorkommend es war alles wahnsinnig locker und problemlos.

Das Skigebiet und die Pisten sind toll
Die Skischule ist ausgezeichnet
Alles in allem sollte jeder Kleinarl mal besucht haben.
We were there for 5 days over Christmas, I wanted to take Christmas decorations with me first because in holiday apartments you usually never have this, here it was completely different. Everything in front of the house and in the apartments was decorated for Christmas and very tastefully so we had a great Christmas mood there. We even had Christmas cookies on the table. The apartment was very clean and we didn't miss anything! It was everything you need on site. The beds are comfortable and stylish just like the rest of the apartment. On the balcony you have a wonderful view.
A big plus was the information folder. I have seldom had such a relaxing holiday as there, we could do everything on site and had no questions.
The apartment even had a dishwasher and 2 TVs.
The water in the shower and co kept the temperature even after all three showers.
There is even a bread delivery service
Ms. Winter is very friendly and accommodating, everything was incredibly easy and problem-free.

The ski area and the slopes are great
The ski school is excellent
All in all, everyone should have visited Kleinarl.

Si trovano a pochi passi da un piccolo market e dai punti di partenza di molti sentieri.
Monika è veramente ospitale, fornisce molte indicazioni per aiutarti a godere di tutte le bellezze e i servizi che ti circondano.
Se lo desideri al mattino c'è il servizio pane fresco.
Ama gli animali, chiedendo preventivamente si possono portare.
Per noi è stata una magnifica esperienza!
A lovely place, the apartments are clean, equipped with every comfort.
They are located within walking distance of a small market and the starting points of many paths.
Monika is truly hospitable, she provides many indications to help you enjoy all the beauties and services that surround you.
If you wish, in the morning there is a fresh bread service.
He loves animals, asking in advance they can be brought.
For us it was a great experience!
